Excellent service all round!

I received a prompt and detailed quote over email after I provided the necessary info (photos, plan etc). Jon was happy to provide multiple quotes and recommendations for different chargers to suit my needs. I ended up choosing an Andersen one. Overall their quotes were competitively priced versus local competitors.

On install day Jon and Al arrived promptly and had a clear idea of what the job required. The installation wasn't straightforward given the location of my fuse board. They were able to route the cable below the floorboards under my kitchen rather than around the side of the house. Gaining access below our parquet floor and under the supporting walls wasn't easy and took some time but they persevered. End result is a very neat installation.

Finally they provided a thorough demo of the system and ensured I was correctly setup on the charger's app etc.

Overall I highly recommend their services if you are in the market for an EV charger.

Jon, Alex and Debbie are simply fantastic from beginning to the end. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The customer service is brilliant. The job of installing the EV charger on behalf of PodPoint, is explained to you, they leave the place clean and tidy !! I didn't have to get the hoover out.

From start to finish, these guys were amazing.
Our Installation wasn't a straight forward install and we knew that we would need additional work.
The guys came to the property to do a survey and explained what needed to be done and explained why.
We agreed for the work to be done and I'm so glad we did. They did an excellent job and was very clean and tidy.
After the install was completed the guys explain everything about the Pod Point and what we needed to know.
