Been 6 weeks and still nothing. Horrible experience. Just takes your money

If it were possible, I would not award this company a single star; a zero-star rating would be more accurate. The company's assertion that my product was delivered is entirely false, as there is no proof of delivery to my residence. Furthermore, despite purchasing shipping protection, the company still refuses to refund my payment. The company's behavior is deplorable, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered and charged 4 months ago and never received. Emailed several times for a refund and all they said was they are still trying to deliver it. Such a scam! I get so angry when I still see their ads are still on Instagram.

Took over a month to deliver and only got in touch and was able to track the export of the package, after I sent an angry email. When I finally got the package, it was both the wrong dress and broken. Didn't have long to pay because it arrived so late and therefore had to pay an extra invoice because you had such a short time to pay after it was delivered.

Never received and claimed it was delivered. I don’t live in a neighborhood where my packages are being taken. Very slow to respond to my email inquiry about where is the product? And no resolution that I never received. Awful customer service.

This company is horrible. ordered my stuff in Dec and still have not received it. asked for a refund and they declined!!! how can you decline to give me my money back. will dispute charges with my bank.

Ordered in January and it is April. I have not received my order. Attempts to get help from Eveloria has been fruitless. Beware! Terrible.

They get a 1 because I can't give a zero. Order placed in January, still not received, the tracking info even shows it was never shipped. The company says it was delivered, it was not and I have the Ring footage to prove it. I have reached out several times for a refund and they won't respond to me. I reached out to SHOP which I also would like to give zero stars, because they are no help whatsoever, and just keep sending me a stock reply to try ever single option to reach the company. I have obviously or I wouldn't be reaching out to them. TOTAL SCAM, do not shop here.

Scam! I ordered the product online in January as of April 1 I never received the product. I had three email communications with them each of them telling me that it was delivered but the tracking number couldn’t find and there is no picture verification so they stole $33.77.

Opened the sealed package on the day it was delivered and found a strand of long hair, dark (assumed to be human hair) inside where the pads were. Was not one of mine. Completed their online contact form immediately to notify them of the contaminated package, requesting a refund, and never heard anything. An unethical company. Stay away.

Total Sam! I placed an order January 12th, it's March 27th and Ive never received the product. Ive emailed through the website, and replied to their order confirmation email numerous times asking for a refund. I'll get an automated response sometimes, but no follow up.

I think Eveloria is a scam company. I ordered their brightening pads. The 3 packs in my first order were foamy and had a pouch that helped hold the pad on your fingers to disperse the product. I ordered more on sale. The second batch was nothing like the first. Each bag was a different weight. Each bag was supposed to be 5 ounces. One was 1.9 oz., one was 2.9 oz. And the last 3.3 ounces. So I didn’t receive the amount of product I paid for. There was no pouch on the pads in the second order. Also, there was no foam when I applied the second batch’s pads to my face. The liquid on the pad seemed like it was a watered down version of what was on the initial pads I received. I contacted the company with videos to substantiate my claims about not receiving 5 ounces of product for each package along with a scale weighing closed packages and opening them on video to show there was no foam with the pads in the second order. The product in my second order did nothing for my skin. I asked for a refund or to replace my second order. They refused to do anything and ignored my concerns. This company is a scam. Please look elsewhere for kojic acid and turmeric pads. Save your money. Give it to a reputable company that has integrity.

Horrible customer service, and return policy… I had unopened product that I wanted to return and they refused. They said you can only return if wrong product was received. I pointed out that their return policy doesn’t state that….see policy below on website. Don’t buy!!

Well, I should have read the reviews here before putting an order in. They make it look like they are a five star company with thousands of great reviews. Unfortunately I ordered believing it was a five star company. Once I placed an order my account got charged right away but I never received a confirmation email. I haven't heard back from the company either so I'm out the $60 I paid. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order back in January 2025...and today its March 12th...i have not product in hand. when i have attempted to send emails the support email address the email address is rejected!!

If it could give it 0 starts I would. Ordered, got a confirmation email and that was the end of hearing anything about my order. When I checked because I was getting concerned about not hearing an update it said preparing shipment and when nothing was happening after that I went back and checked order status with my confirmation number and it said no order found. So I’ve sent 4 emails to their 24/7 customer service and have not heard anything back from them. Would not recommend anyone to order from this company.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! IT IS A SCAM!! I ordered the cleansing pads January 28th. They TOOK the $40 from my account but NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT!! I have tried emailing several times. They are NOT RESPONDING!! Save your money! This company is ripping people off!

So when I ordered on Jan 1 2025, I promptly received my order and have been loving these pads! So I go to order again and I was interested in the collagen mask so emailed support to ask for ingredients and the email bounced! It was the same email from my first order so it was working on Jan 1st but now it bounced! I also did not get a reply when I messaged on their website and they don’t accept DMs via Instagram. Even if it is a scam, why did they send me a good product initially and what happened to the company now? The website seems operational but I am scared to order!

Ordered on Jan 7, credit card charged and still haven’t received product. When I put order number in, it says “order can not be found”

TOTAL SCAM. RUN!
