I was looking for products that are hard to find, which naturally makes me weary of who I purchase from. What led me to EV is the posts on Reddit. Not only were there so many people co-signing EV as a safe and honest vendor, people had a little juice in their comments when it came to defending or having to overstate how legit EV is. I was impressed. People constantly commented in the rapid servicing of shipments, the consistency, and the willingness to figure out issues that may have solutions when it comes to orders. I was sold.

I purchased about $261 in product , it was submitted into my FedEx tracking same day, was getting shipping updates a day later.

This is the shop you want to order from if you care about safety, honesty, and consistency. JUST REMEMBER, when ordering from EV, there is a situation or two that limits EV’s ability to help you if problems occur, that doesn’t make it there fault and I urge you to remeber that and be fair.

Accidentally ordered the wrong juul pods, emailed if I could get a refund or exchange, they emailed me back asking for the order number and what I’d like exchanged and I replied. Never got a response back within 48 hours. After Christmas I emailed them again saying I never got a response from the previous email I sent out. No response. On December 28th the order ships out so I email again asking if they switched the product I had said to and again NO RESPONSE. They sent the package to the billing address which was different from the shipping address. I emailed them yet again about the issue with the shipping and billing addresses plus the previous issues I had. I finally got a response and they apologized and said they can offer 20% off my next order. I’m never ordering from them again.
