100% Recommended: Easy, fast, and affordable

Despite my time zone difference with the vendor, he always quickly replied to my questions and provided great customer service overall.

On the product side, it arrived quickly and without hassle or any sort of damage. I thought there might have been some hiccup with an international order (my first overseas order), but I was wrong.

Overall, I’m very happy and will be a returning customer. I’d recommend Evelyn Vapes to anyone in search of the fan-favorite juul flavors (I personally bought Mango)

So far so good!

So far so good! I’ve had one successful transaction with them and I have nothing but good things to say about this retailer. Prompt customer service, prompt shipping, and fair prices! I just made a second purchase through them and expect it to be just as smooth as the first.

Good evening Candice.

I am really sorry about your experience and understand your frustration. The reason we had to cancel your order is because it contained 5% nicotine, these products are not allowed on the UK market. Although we understand your desire to buy such products it is illegal for us to sell it to UK customers. We have to be very careful with this as we actively stock 5% nicotine in the UK for export and cannot risk people believing we are selling them here.

We have a very strict policy with this to avoid the loss of stock, by way of seizure, which could be very costly to the business.

If you want to reach back out to us, we can work an alternate way to get you your products by supplying them to you in the USA where you said you had friends.

We weren't trying to be unprofessional, it is just that some of our products are only allowed to be bought in the USA.
