Very sketchy.
The fact that this is a broker site needs to be stated better. Small font at the top of the page isn’t obvious enough. I spent way more money than I needed to. It was also a shock to receive an email letting me know that my tickets “were being transferred.” It’s deeply disappointing and I hope others learn from my mistake.

Scam of a site
First I was scammed. The tickets I bought through ticket center were available for much cheaper on ticketmaster - there was reason to buy them through this vendor. They were basically enabling a transfer of tickets through ticketmaster - I cant get my tickets because there is an issue with getting tickets through the seller via ticketmaster. So I paid more and am having a problem getting tickets I paid for ... awesome experience. Not!

I thought I was on the Funny Bone website. I didn’t realize I was on a third-party vendor site until after the tickets were purchased. I immediately contacted PayPal and my bank to stop payment but was unable to do so. I called and talk to their customer service hopefully to get cancellation but the customer service was rude and not helpful instead of paying $200 for tickets I have invested $468 and trying to get my money back this is very disappointing and I will be sure I’m buying from the correct venue in the future. I can’t believe the markup of a third-party vendor and how the CEO must be getting rich off of other people‘s money

Never , NEVER go threw this company to get a ticket ! I went threw this company to by a ticket a MOUNTH and some change in advance and even bought the protection for the ticket ! When I didnt get the ticket a couple of weeks after I placed the order i emailed worried I wouldnt get the ticket they ASHURED me i be getting the ticket !then day of the event my ticket was refunded. When I talked to customer support they said the event was canceled wich is a lie it was not canceled! Know I have to wait 10 business days for my card to get refunded cuse they dont do there sh*t on time ! If you value your sanity dont go threw them they'll ruin your whole mouth! I cried litrall tears over this !!! I was so excited to see this band and I couldn't becuse if them! even though I went threw all the steps to unsure my ticket arrived on time ! And I hope there pillows are warm on both sides for the next 5 mouths till I drive multiple hours to go see this band !

Misleading Pricing
We bought our tickets and although it indicated that our seats were the least expensive in the row, it did not indicate why. When we received the tickets, we found out that they were limited view and we were very disappointed. We would not have purchased these seats had we known they were limited view and we feel misled.

Bought the wrong tickets and IMMEDIATELY tried to reach out to cancel the order. Tried emailing with both the website and the seller and no one ever got back to me. I also called their help line multiple times, every time they left me on hold until they hung up. The chat experience was even worse because the chat bot said that their log shows that I was told that tickets are non-refundable when I called even though I did not ever get the chance to speak with someone!

I purchased a ticket thinking it was through the venue. Once purchesed then you see that you really don't have a ticket and are in a holding pattern. You go to the site and put in your order number, and it can't be found. You see athe details of your ticket SHOULD arrive in your email before the show. Well this is not too comforting and I am supposed to check all my email spam and promotions which I usually just delete, daily for a ticket that SHOULD arrive. I really wish I would not have purchsed in haste and looked into it more before I fell into this trap. After looking into it more when I had time I saw I paid double what the venue was charging for same ticket. I am traveling from Florida to New Orleans to see this show. Or am I?! Who knows if I will ever receive this phantom ticket. I tried to get a refund from chatting with their AI and that is a negative. They did offer to send me instructions on how to re-sale a ticket. No thanks. At this point I really just want the ticket I purchased 4 days ago and not wait until the day before the show I am traveling to see.
