Event tickets center is scam
Event tickets center is a scam. I paid $491 for 2 tickets which was $194x2=$388.00. When I got the tickets the cost on the tickets was $85x2 =$170.00. They will not refund and said since they are not the venue they can charge whatever they want. Will never use them again. Lesson learned I should have checked the venue site first.

This is the WORST website to buy tickets. They claim that they transferred the tickets to AXS, but do not show there. AXS says that they were never transferred. You end up without tickets and without your money. Both companies end up with your money! DO NOT buy here.

This site charges you 2-3X for tickets you can get from the actual event site. When folks complain (by writing reviews like this) they say proudly that they advertise they are a reseller and, essentially, folks should know better. So at least these weasels are open about their scam. BS company in a strip mall in FL, I am so surprised...

I asked for a refund which was denied. I still don't have the tickets which I won't have until 24 hours before the event that is 8 months away. I paid too much for the tickets and have no recourse. It was an awful experience.

“I purchased tickets through EventCenter.com for a concert on April 10th and paid $254.30 When I arrived at the venue, I was told the tickets were invalid and had already been cancelled. I had to purchased 2 additional tickets. I contacted customer service immediately but have not received a refund the repose was contact the venue for a letter on what happened, but the venue does not supply letters. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend using this site based on my experience.” Als0 please buy from the actual location

Not good. I got emails telling me my ticket was ready to import on my phone. Had to call Customer Service and be on phone for 20 minutes for them to straighten it out for me. Got my ticket finally and concert was great.
