Great Service. Great day out.
We had a luxury coach, seats very comfortable, whole coach very clean and tidy. We were told clearly about stops and times we could expect and about things on the coach, exits etc. We stopped at Clackett Lane services on the way and still got to Canterbury a bit earlier than expected so was asked if we wanted to leave a little early. Before starting on our home journey we were asked if we wanted to stop at Clackett Lane services or go straight on. We all said go straight on. There was a lovely atmosphere on the coach. Neil our driver was very friendly as was the other man with us, sorry I've forgotten your name but you were great too. It was a lovely day out and my husband and myself will definitely be going on more trips.

Regarding the seating allocation, our trips from September and onwards are available to book allocated seats.

Had a great trip with friendly staff. Only criticism is that we would rather have had seat numbers as when we boarded the coach in Brighton there were only rear facing seats left in the main body of the coach and we like to face forward. However as it was a VIP coach we ventured into the very rear area with side seats which was ok.

1st class excursion
Our excursion to Highclere on 14/4/26 was most enjoyable.
Friendly, courteous driver and courier, who supported and helped with any queries.
Regular briefings on travel times, and general information about the trip given.
Very comfortable coaches and venue didn't disappoint.
Excellent value including castle admission, Egyptian Exhibition and return travel.
'Will definitely travel with Event again and highly recommend 5⭐️

The service on the day was exceptional
The service on the day was exceptional, transport arrived on time, check on was easy, the coach was clean and the driver was efficient and cheerful all day.
I was sooo happy to see Highclere come back as a destination as it fulfilled my three interests: Highclere itself, Downton Abbey and the Egyptian Exhibition. The Highclere staff were wonderful, a tribute to the family

Excellent trip to Battersea Power Station. James the driver was lovely, very personable & informative. Darren the manager was very helpful too when he found us lost in the mall ! The only criticism would be as others have mentioned the lack of not being able to book a seat on the coach but understand that is being rectified at the end of the year. Would definitely book with them again.

Visit to Battersea Power Station could be improved
Visit to Battersea Power Station was in comfortable coach which kept to time. The driver and manager were friendly and helpful.
Disappointed that I was not offered the opportunity to reserve a seat which was obviously given to some people on the trip. The visit would have been better if the tour manager had either distributed the free Battersea Power Station leaflet with map (essential for navigating the large area) to people whilst on the coach or informed them where to obtain one on arrival.

It’s Darren here who stewarded your coach on the day.
I apologise it was my first time visiting Battersea so I just gave out the instruction that Battersea had sent me.
I was also unclear as to where to go when I entered the power station and the signage was limited.
As a new excursion provider, many of our trips are operating for the first time so we are also learning. But, you make a valid point and we will include more information on our communication.
As regards to your comment about reserving seats, we have allocated seats coming at the end of this year so when you book, you can book any available seat.
This will be possible for our next trip to Battersea for example.

Battersea Power Station day excursion
Travelled to Battersea Power Station including the chimney lift option with Seagull Travel yesterday. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day out.
Comfy coach, friendly experienced driver. Also accompanied by the manager of the business who was also most welcoming and helpful.
Would definitely travel with them again if and when there's a trip we fancy going on
