This company is a scam.ordered 4 November,money taken on 5 November,then nothing after several emails and trying the chat help line absolutely no word.it finally arrived in bubble wrap ,no box no instructions does not charge. All I want is a refund but doesn’t look as if I will get one.Please don’t order from these crooks.

Absolute ripoff company!!!.. product cost £60 & didn’t even come in a box... just bit of bubble wrap!!.. no contact number to complain & they don’t answer emails.. why should they?.. they milking it of us poor suckers!!!!... need reporting to trading standards which I am in process of doing... just another lot of Rip off scammers!!!!... make me 🤢 vomit 🤮

Ordered 14 dec Said delivery by 31st .....taken £59.95 ...no contact no emails ...can't get in touch ....waste of money ...trying to get my credit card to sort out ....appalling ...

My order did not arrive. Placed the order a month ago. Evercura does not answer my mails. It looks that I will never receive my order or money back.

Bought as a gift for my wife, dispite much communication no delivery but the tracker shows it was delivered but no signature. No card was left to say where the parcel was, tracker does not show the courier company. This place needs shutting down total fraud.

Money thrown out of window. A product which is not functioning. No address to send back, no phone nr., no company details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Basically another scam firm. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM.

I have paid £53.96 for a product that does not work. I now know that I probably wo t get a refund. And IFI do it will cost me a further maybe £10 to return the item...that's if I ever get a return address.

place order 25/10/2019 and account deducted the same day but until today the product did not arrived. contacted them via email the last few days but till to date no reply.

Scammers defo!! You have to click a star to write anything!! Ordered this about a month and half ago. Emailed,i dont know how many times! No answer! Finely when they did reply they said check the tracking! Daaaa! I had done that already about 3 times! It wouldnt let you track it. So I sent 2 more emails, havent heart anything since! Not supprised at this stage, Going to the fraud department to report them, why should we let them get away with scaming god knows how many people. These kind of people are the lowist of the low!!!!!

I’m so disappointed. I ordered this as a gift for my mother. She tried to charge it, and of course... it didn’t work. Nothing we could do about it. And there is NO RETURN ADDRESS. What a SCAM!

My Order arrived today after 3 weeks it came in a grey package wrapped in bubble wrap no box or charger just the wire for charging. I am deeply disappointed with this product because it does not charge up.
I have contacted Customer service so now have to waite 24_72 hrs for reply.
Will be contacting PayPal to get a refund from this very poor company

I don’t even want to give this Chinese ripoff company a star. I ordered from them November 6 2019 and have never received my order. I emailed them about 20 times and nothing. Beware ‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️ If all Facebook ads they are all Chinese ripoffs. I’m out $68.

ZERO stars. This place is dreadful. Will not reply to any emails. No refunds. Had to get my credit card company to sort them out. I was exhausted at getting nowhere with them

I cannot write review I have not ordered or recieved EVERCURA. Where did you get my details from?

As soon as this product (eventually!) arrived I knew it was clearly not what it was claiming to be. There was no box/proper packaging - it was simply wrapped in bubble wrap. The instruction leaflet is poorly written and clearly not professionally done. I suspect this device is nothing more than a glorified torch! There is no CE mark anywhere on it either. Since investigating I’ve found the exact same product available all over the internet for between £5 and £20!!

Ordered on the 2nd. December, email with tracking number on the 19th December after I contacted company looking for my order. Can't track order , sent more emails, no reply, going to look for my money back. Don't buy off this company , items supposedly coming from China???

Ordered this product Dec 13th and cancelled it on December 18th. Received and email back on December 18th saying they would look into it. On December 26th l sent another email asking where my money was and they emailed me on the 27th telling me it had been shipped today. They are crooks!

Terrible customer service how this company is allowed to be running like this is just amazing. They should be closed down ASAP. I ordered a gift for my wife on 13th November and todate 27th December still nothing. After 5 emails sent to the company I have received no update this must be the worst company I have ever dealt with.

SCAM run away, Ordered 3rd November it is now end of December and no product, worst customer service as all emails ignored until 3 weeks in & I contacted PayPal then I got 1 email next day with a slow service 1month tracking number which doesn’t work, have now read numerous story’s of same treatment to numerous customers SCAM
