Do not order from this company. Ordered weeks ago no goods arrived, have had confirmation of my order but nothing else! Have now emailed them four times and have had no reply to any of the emails. Have contacted my bank to start the chargeback process .

Terrible
Terrible, order weeks ago, got a tracking number which is useless, sent numerous emails, all correspondence that I had saved, not that it was much, just payment conformation and tracking number have mysteriously vanished from my computer, people DO NOT buy from this company, they take your money but you'll get nothing. I have just started claiming the payment back from my credit card company, so fingers crossed.

I am so disappointed I bought in good Will the money out of my account and I am still awaiting delivery after weeks. Emailed no response it’s really bad and I am thinking I have lost my money. Anyone as stupid as me really think about what you are doing it’s a con.

Very Disappointed.
Ordered the UltraRadiance and collagen at the end of November.
The UltraRadiance arrived 2 days ago from China in bubble wrap but no box.
There’s no sign of the collagen, no tracking number and no reply to any email sent to their customer support.

Ordered on 16/11/19 and still nothing delivered! Sent numerous e-mails requesting info on my order but absolutely no response and unable to track anything.
SCAM! Lost £70 from this! Also friends now getting e-mails supposedly from me!

Where is my order?!! I ordered on 2nd Dec express delivery - still not received!!!! Order #EC-10103 - you have taken the money but I have checked on your tracking system and cannot find my order?
