Charged me full shipping to uk despite posting adverts saying orders over $100 free shipped. I sent them their own ad, they changed it next day to US only then denied the offer ever stood. Awful customer service. Shame as I’d bought 3 straps from them previously but they don’t recognise loyalty or care if you go back.

Cheap Strap/ Terrible Return Policy!

Rolex strap cheapens up the watch... TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY... TOTAL SCAM! YOU CAN'T MOUNT IT TO SEE HOW IT FITS AND THEN GET A FULL REFUND. IT'S THEN CONSIDERED USED!

We will accept return requests for eligible products in unused condition within 14 days of the customer's receipt of goods. We will accept exchange requests for eligible products within 30 days of the customer's receipt of goods. Goods should be in new, unused condition.

Unused condition refers to any product that has NOT been damaged, mounted, worn, bent, torn, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear, or otherwise use any product if you intend on returning or exchanging it.

All eligible returns seeking a monetary refund will incur a label and restocking fee of $20 which will be deducted from the return amount. Eligible exchanges are free and will not incur a restocking fee. Please note, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Eligible return requests made between 14 and 30 days (not to exceed 30 days) after customer receipt of goods may qualify for a refund in the form of store credit only. Do not use

Do not use, paid over £200 and also paid for next day delivery, they have not dispatched or responded to any emails for over 10 days, they constantly email with offers though every day, wish I had read the reviews first but it appears to be a scam !!! No phone numbers either so be careful !!

Everest watch bands Company is not even open. Fraud

This has been the worst experience dealing with anyone associated with luxury items. I beg you stay away from Everest watch bands. You will never receive the product. And they will keep your credit card payment. You are better off betting the $300 on a horse with one leg at the Kentucky derby. Please for your own mental health stay clear of this company

They shipped to the wrong address and I was unable to change the order even thought I contacted them within 6 hours of the original order placed. They use a fulfillment company that will not allow you to make an address change. Very frustrationing and very poor customer support. Im out $259 with little recourse

Can’t fault them.

I bought a Helvetus rubber strap a couple of weeks ago and it didn’t fit, was poorly made and the customer service team had literally no idea what they were talking about. So, I ordered an Everest one yesterday. It arrived today. Well packaged in their own branded cases etc. Very easy to fit and seems to be very well made. I should have bought this in the first place. More expensive but soooooo much better than the cheap rubbish out there.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. Ordered a strap, not quite right but no qualms with the quality of the product so have returned. Still waiting for a refund weeks later but worse, absolutely no acknowledgment to any emails or chatbot queries. Would highly recommend purchasing through a credit card when dealing with this company so you have some hope of recovering your money if the strap doesn’t suit your needs.

I buy a strap for my Daytona but i choose the wrong size. I start the exchange procedure and from that moment the disaster began. I made a shipment with a receipt of delivery and the package result received. To date, even after numerous email, no one has answered me. I lost all my money between shipping and bracelet is about 300 euros. Everything I am writing can be proved. I absolutely advise to not buy from Everest! The site il well made everything seems ok but the risks is making my same mistake and lose the money.

Never buy at Everest Horology Products
No customer service !

I bought a watch strap. They promised me that nog import duties or taxes would need te be paid. Despite this promise, i had to pay 100 euro in import duties on top of the initial price of 250 euro. Naturally, i refused the delivery and returned the strap. After a lot of hassle with Dhl to return it and numerous emails, I still haven't received a refund ! Pure fraud !

Paid almost £200 for a strap

Paid almost £200 for a strap, 48 hour delivery promised. 5 days later nothing,
no tracking, no update and no response to emails.

Will now have claim back payment from bank, shocking, just wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all cost.

Poor product / poor returns

Poor product , did not fit at all well , as suggested for my model Rolex. Immediately retuned the item but after ten days or so I was told it was dirty and grubby . And therefore I would be charged . Nonsense . The strap was fitted for 60 seconds . Be ware

Purchased a $240,00 curved leather band. It started coming apart after 6 months. Emailed them and asked for a possible discount off another non leather one. They gave me a copy of the exchanged program which is all of 7 days from purchase.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, stay away! After two weeks of chasing them where my order is, they discovered that the product is out of stock. Seriously? What kind of inventory system are you using??? I wish I could give them -5 stars. Hope to get my money back Asap!

Do Not Purchase From Everest Horology

Everest is either a scam, or has the worst customer service in the world. They state on their website that they ship within 72 hours, and even after charging me $150 for express shipping (the only option they offered), they still haven't posted the strap 11 days later. They've also ignored every form of communication I've tried: Multiple Emails, Website Form, Instagram & Facebook Messenger. At this point, I'm out $460.00 with no strap, and a company who ignores my queries. Feels like a big scam to me. Save yourself the time and money and purchase elsewhere.

Quality-price ratio is bad

Quality-price ratio is bad. Very expensive products in general (bands and watch rolls). I personally now by from Tempomat Madrid which offer a way better quality-price ratio
