Couldn’t fault them, from the booking to the driver , great service , only recommendation may be that when we receive text confirmation it would be nice to have our details ie pick up address and date with time on there so we know the details are correct , thank you

Recently used Everest Taxi for my airport taxi to and from East Midlands airport. On both trips, the drivers arrived on time, both drivers were friendly and polite and both vehicles were clean and driven safely. After reading the reviews i was dubious about using Everest but i am glad i did. I cannot fault them at all and would definitely recommend them.

Don't trustable company.

Booked a taxi on Monday to be picked up at 8ak on Thursday so I could get to work on time (do not have a car and just moved house). I get a call at 9pm on Wednesday night to say they are cancelling my taxi and will be refunding me and to find another service. Do not book with these people. Incredibly unreliable. If you're in Leicester, book with Kirby taxi's.

You left a vulnerable mum and her 10 year old son on the side of narborough road when I offered to pay the fare. Do not use this service.

Booked a taxi via a phone call, turned up on time then proceeded to tell me it’s cash only. Suspending my disbelief for a few seconds I was asked if I could get cash at a ATM. I explained that I only had my phone and my wallet was at home. A call to the office was met with ‘ I told you it’s cash only’, err, no you didn’t! The driver pulled over and refused to take me any further.
I really don’t understand companies that only take cash these days and I am increasingly avoiding. Needless to say I’m not going to be using Everest taxis ever again!!

Awful service given to us from Everest Taxi Leicester. We pre booked a taxi to pick us up from an event in the early hours of the morning from a location 20 mins from home, but not a place you can't get taxis at this time, without pre booking one. We had to pay prior to confirming the booking aswell , so we had no choice to wait and see if it would turn up. It arrived 35 minutes late. We were the last guests remaining. Each time we called asking we got estimated timings. When we called to complain we didn't get an apology, we just got you should expect delays , these things happen. We expected the taxi waiting at the specified time, not to leave after calling to ask where it is. Never book with them if you need to be somewhere at a specific time or on your own, in the dark. You might be waiting for a while. We got hung up on, when we asked for our money back. Awful service and attitude. The taxi ride was pleasant and understood it wasnt the drivers fault. He got told 15 minutes before picking us up about the pickup.

Exceptionally rude operator when questioned why the taxi was more than half an hour late keeping elderly travellers waiting outside. When ringing he would just say another 8 minutes another 10 minutes till 40 minutes had passed. Complained that elderly passengers can't be kept waiting outside like this, operator yelling that so what, people live till 120 years and how his own grandfather lived till 120 so what's the big deal with 90! Totally lost for words at the appalling and disgusting customer service. KEEP AWAY AND USE ANOTHER PROVIDER!!

If I could write 0 stars I would. Booked a cab 3 hours before pickup time. They parked up 10 minute walk away 20 mins before scheduled pickup and expected me to walk down. I called them multiple times and they decided to move my pickup location to their cab’s location. When I told them that they should come to me they cancelled my booking. Will never use this service again

Got discharged from Glenfield Hospital at 9:00pm at night I ordered a taxi and asked for a bigger car as I’m a bigger person. No problem the taxi driver called to tell he he was a few mins away, when he arrived he adjusted the chair for me and asked a few times if I was ok. Top service

Yet again I must highly recommend Everest Taxis after booking them to transport my elderly parents from Poole to Leicester. They are polite, punctual and very attuned to their needs.

The drivers are excellent and appreciated the service they provide. However, im appauled by their arrival timing. If they are asked to arrive at a certain time, they don't. This is very frustrating. Particularly when you have a hospital appointment. When someone with learning difficulties has to wait its far more frustrating for them than it is for us normal people. If we were at the hospital at the time expected, the hospital treatment would have taken place sooner and eaten sooner after many hours of fast, particularly for someone who already has severe difficulty with eating. I hope this company takes this review into serious consideration about the service they put out there particularly for people like this person.
