I telephoned Everflow to query increased costs that my business had received. During such experiences, you really need to speak to someone that is patient and fully understands the issues and history of the business. We have had some difficulty with everflo, you over charged the Village Hall and we have been in credit since jan 2024. I spoke to Stephen Pratt today and he has explained everything to me simple and logically and changed our direct debit in minutes Thank you

When I signed my contract, it clearly stated that there would be no access or weight charges. For the first 6 months, everything was fine. However, after that, I started seeing extra charges added every single month.
This feels like a false promise, and the terms of the contract are not being respected. I have now been heavily overcharged, which is completely unacceptable.
I regret choosing this company and would not recommend their service to others. Customers should be aware and carefully check their bills, as the pricing does not match what was originally agreed.
