The selection and pricing are great! Website is easy to use. The cart is easy to manipulate and edit. The only drawback I have found is that products listed (jewelry making) don't always have the dimensions listed or the number of items in a pack.

It is a scam in legal way. I ordered a product. They charged 70$ for fast shipping . I needed the product urgently. But the shipping was very slow. Why would they charge more money for fast shipping and shipping the product with a normal way shipping. It was not delivered on estimated delivery time.

Great selection of products, Great customer service but high shipping cost
Great selection of products. Very easy ordering. Prices are great. The only downside is the $100 minimum purchase price to receive free shipping. Purchasing items for a small non-profit I don't reach the $100 minimum easily and the minimum shipping price of $20 is a lot for us. I had a great experience with Jeffrey T in customer service when I wanted to add to my order after I had placed it. He was a great help!
