Today was my first login to Everful. Had questions and chatted with Anya for a while. She was very helpful and polite, therefore, while waiting for a few questions to be resolved, I've chosen to sign up today. Looking forward to doing business with Everful very soon!

Everful has been a great company to purchase my inventory from. Their website is set up well and fairly easy to navigate. I have made 4 rather large purchases of jewelry from them in the last 4 months and have been very happy with my experience so far. Orders are sent from China to my location in Southern USA and have always arrived in good condition within 9 to 11 days. I have bookmarked them as one of my favorite wholesalers and intend to be ordering from them for a long time.

They sent me my order and some of the product was wrong. Not my entire order but a portion of it. I messaged them to ask about a replacement and they told me they sent the correct item. I brought up the invoice and showed that it was incorrect. They shifted to well the photo my have looked different than the product. Due to lighting and screen resolution.

I informed them that it is not accurate on the website at all they told me they would fix the listing to accurately represent the product. And offered me 10% off my next order.

So their answer was give is more money and we will cover the taxes even though we have $50 shipping cost across the board.

I asked them to simply a replace my product that I spent $200 on and they just tell me they sent the right product even after explaining they told the tech team to correct the image to accurately represent the item. So in my opinion don't purchase fro them unless you want to gamble your money on maybe receiving what you order.

I'm updating my review because Everful did ultimately make things right. After I was able to reach the appropriate person, they issued me a partial refund, and I appreciate them taking the time to resolve the issue.

My original concern was that a portion of my order did not match what was shown on the website. When I first reached out, I was told the correct item had been shipped. After I provided my invoice and explained the discrepancy, I was informed that the product listing would be updated so it more accurately represented the item. That gave me confidence that they recognized there was room for improvement.

I do wish the issue could have been resolved a little more smoothly from the beginning. Initially, I was offered a discount on a future purchase rather than a replacement for the incorrect item, and it took some persistence to reach a resolution.

That said, I appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their customer service and worked with me to resolve the problem. I hope the updated product listings help prevent the same confusion for future customers. I wouldn't hesitate to order again, but I would encourage buyers to double-check product details if they have any questions before purchasing.

I havent my products yes but I love the customer service they provide. The representative Cess G is an absolute angel, she really helped me with my choices because im confused as hell and she is so patient with me and did not to up sale me anything and gave a so many suggestions with links I love it

A number of things made my experiance with Everful great. Their range and top quality of faceted Moissanite gemstones, their prices and discount opportunities, they provide proper size GRA certificates in elegant gold envelopes instead of cut down versions in a plastic sleeve that some other suppliers give, their tracking system is detailed and accurate, they take the time and care to package the certificates and moissanite with enough bubble wrap and cardboard that it minimises the risk of damage, they have been prompt to address any questions, which I believe they would also extend that to any concerns should any arise, but none have arised for me. Trust and reliability is key for me and based on my experience with Everful to date I'm happy to have Everful to be my ongoing go-to. I'd also like to extend my thanks to Leslie Li. I have ordered 2 large orders from Everful Wholesale and have been very pleased. The jewelry I have received has been stunning. I believe my customers will be very happy, as I was. Shipping is free if $100 or more. Shipping takes a little time but nothing too excessive. Communication has been great.

I took a chance on ordering with Everful as they are a relatively new wholesaler (after being under previous ownership). I have not been disappointed and an a repeat customer. The website is user friendly and there is full transparency. Very easy to see all information. I have had a couple of issues with item quality but they have been resolved immediately. 24 hour customer service available and very responsive to messages. Great comms and kept up to date. Having said that though, my one criticism is that once shipments arrive in the UK there are no tracking updates and am unable to see their whereabouts or when delivery will will take place. They just turn up.....

While I haven't received my product yet, I would like to speak to the experience I had with ordering. Firstly, I EASILY ordered affordable stainless steel engraved spoons for my mother's Celebration of Life ice cream party. They were perfect and had the exact quote she used already available (Love you more!). When I realized I needed more spoons, I immediately reached out to update my order. They offered their condolences AND promptly sent me the link to add more spoons to my order. The price was more than fair and their customer service made me feel valued. Very helpful, with any queries I had. Good contact regarding delivery. Everything packed really well. Beautiful order. Rhinestone bag was amazing. The jewellery is exceptional. Would recommend without hesitation. Also, I love the free shipping on many items.
