Lifesaver for a Brand New Etsy Shop
The first time I tried Everful, I was very skeptical. Usually with sites similar to this, you never get what you think you're getting and the quality is very poor. However, when I received my first order, the smile on my face just got bigger and bigger the more I opened the box. You are receiving exactly what you're buying and the quality is, actually, stunning. I barely waited a week before placing another order. I use Everful to help fill inventory for my Etsy shop mystery boxes and I highly doubt I will ever buy from anywhere else. I have yet to need any customer service, but, judging by the emails I constantly get throughout the process and if my package is running late, I'm inclined to believe the service would be great as well. Highly recommend!

I placed 2 large orders on April 5 and…
I placed 2 large orders on April 5 and April 27, 2026 which total 55 parcels with the assurance this company could handle it. Neither order has been without issues, was processed within the posted processing times, delivered in the estimated time. In fact I have only received 2 small boxes out of 55. Attempts to speak to customer support for the last 3 weeks are frustrating and yield little to no results as I am repeatedly told by multiple representatives my issue has been escalated. The company offers a VIP program when you spend so much that is to include 1 on 1 support. I haven't received that. Requests for a real time conversation are escalated with no resolution. I have been told the orders have been shipped and then found out a week later that it hasn't. If you don't care about timelines or customer support and you have all the time in the world, this is the company for you.

Gaslighting Customer Service
Product quality may be fine, but there is no guarantee you’ll actually receive what you ordered. I placed an order for a children’s event and, after waiting over two months and past the promised delivery window, only received half of it. The box was completely full and I had received no indication that the order had been split into two boxes or that items were unavailable. Customer service repeatedly insisted the full order had been shipped, even after I provided video evidence showing otherwise. Their solution was to refund the missing items. Since this was for an event, the delay left no time to reorder without paying extra shipping costs elsewhere. Unprofessional, unreliable service. I would not order from them again.
