Really great and polite guys - both for the scaffolding and for solar panels. Obviously know their stuff. Thought through an excellent solution to avoid exposed wiring in the house. Would say a little more on the comms side would have been appreciated from Head Office.

We had Ethan Tyler and Dylan as our solar panel fitters and I would say there work was very efficient tidy and friendly and they all deserve a raise as they was so patient in waiting for the scaffolding to be put up witch should have already been done the day before

The installation was very quick and painless. The team installing were fantastic, helpful and courteous, answered all our questions and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- initial I was taken in by the sales person so against my gut feeling which I discussed with him I paid a decent deposit. However on reflection the sales man was very pushy and kept on until I signed up 3 hours later. He told me that if I changed my mind within 14 days I would receive my deposit back immediately. Well it took me less than 12 hours to realise I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel. I emailed the company immediately and the credit provider. The credit provider immediately responded and confirmed the application had been cancelled upon my request however Evergen was a different story. Hours later I received a call from the pushy sales man asking what the issue was and why I changed my mind even though I was told I did not have to give a reason. I am now 5 days on and still no refund of my deposit plus the company correspondent can’t even get my name correct.

Very Poor Service and Extremely Disappointing Customer Care

I have been struggling to get a genuine issue resolved for the last three months, and there is still no clear resolution or even proper communication about what is being done.

The customer service is extremely disappointing. Emails seem to receive a response only when they relate to payments, additional services, or something they can charge for. When it comes to resolving an existing customer’s problem, there appears to be very little urgency or accountability.

There seems to be a serious lack of team coordination, ownership, communication, and proper business processes. Different teams do not appear to be working together, and customers are left chasing repeatedly for updates.

Three months is an unacceptable amount of time to resolve an issue, particularly when the customer has already made repeated attempts to get help.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone. Think very carefully before using this company, because once you have a problem, getting it resolved can become an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Very poor service, very poor customer care, and a complete lack of accountability.

the sale man was very pushy, give a presentation with very inaccurate figures, praised themself of wining so many awards and that they have 5 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, then trough at us a huge quote. when we mentioned that we already have few other quotes and show them what we received for the same solar system, he called his boss and give us another quote of basically half price. he made us feel so stupid, if we were not prepared and accepted the first quote of £17,900 he would have ripped us off, then he lower to £9,600. HOW IN EARTH IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!

The sales tactic "Tried" was very 1980's Pushy Double glazing. comments like you both must be home, the special discount code valid for short period, are you the decisoon maker etc etc.
Then the persistent calls confirming the appointment with the same questions rang alarm bells.

And then they didnt turn up at all. I called when15mins late, no apology, just a maybe stuck in traffic, we will call the agent and call you back, Then 45 mins later i called again NO APOLOGY, just excuses. I feel a near miss has happened and I have cancelled the enquiry.

I suggest you do your homework and trust your gut when communicating!! Terrible communications and sales tactics!

I cant say anything positive about Evergen Solar.

The 2 people that helped me (a young man a young woman) were so patient with me and helpful that I managed to put things right and now it’s up and running. I cannot thank them enough.

Great bunch of guys helpful, honest and very efficient. Couldn’t be more pleased made installation of solar panels to my property painless.

So far my experience with Evergen has been excellent. Dave, the salesman was very knowledgeable and gave me a very in-depth explanation of how solar works and wasn’t at all pushy or rushing me to sign up. All the arrangements for scaffolding installation and any permits or approvals was done by Evergen.
Then Ashley (electrician) and David (roofer) came to install the panels. They arrived on time, were very polite and helpful and made sure I was fully informed and in agreement with everything they were doing. They worked non stop in very hot conditions and had everything installed and ready to go in under 6 hours - definitely a credit to the company. Before they left they helped me get the app set up.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free and I’m very happy with the end result.
