Fast response from looking at the add,they phoned within minutes to arrange a visit with their engineers, they sent email to confirm booking, on the day they never turned up,no phone call, no text or email,I would not recommend this company, if being let down from the start..Avoid..

Very good work man-ship George and Jed were very polite and kept everything clean and tide. Very Informative on the system and how it worked when I asked a question they explained why they could not do thing very happy with the product .i am a site manager for a construction company that are fitting solar at the moment and I would recommend this company going forward to mine

Really great team turned up, Anthony Brad and Lou. Worked seamlessly, confirming all the detail before starting. Really neat installation, lots of attention to detail making sure the panels were centred, cabling neat & tidy. Despite being a Friday not rushing to get away. Really helpful setting the app up etc. Great team and great install. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and efficient from start to finish

My 2 stars are only for the salesman, he was exceptional and very helpful. I had to cancel the project because upon browsing, I found Evergen lot more expensive.
Since cancellation, I have been chasing for deposit refund and to-date no one in Evergen is helping. Its not only the product, its the service that takes the company higher. Unfortunately, Evergen has a very poor service.I will NOT recommend them to anyone

From the start when Jason came to talk to me about buying solar, to arranging fitting and having the system fitted was a doddle! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgable. The scaffolders and the instillation team were amazing and so quick, I baked them flapjack to say thank you, which they loved! I’d highly recommend Evergen. And I’m exporting 86.2% of electricity generated everyday back to the grid!!! Win, win, win!

I have no idea what’s going on in the company. Keep ringing me in different numbers asking me so many questions which are totally irrelevant to solar and can’t even get an appointment with them because they have to ask you about your personal information like what colour your poo is don’t bother with this company. It’s a waste of time and a total rip off but do if you’d like to share all your personal information and talk for hours on the phone about absolutely nothing.

Once they get your number they keep calling using other mobile number? and when you ring back they just disconnect what a nuisance. If I knew the next number that was calling I would block it.

The sale person explained everything carefully and was not pushy at all. The installation was smooth, every thing was explained carefully and the installation guys were amazing

Dear Madam/Sir,
I received a phone call a couple of days ago (10th Aug) from one of "Evergen Solar" representatives (Mohammed) in response to my interest in their online ad.
Mohammed together with his colleague Aaron were very helpful & arranged for appointment for 11th Aug at 3pm.
Tuesday's appointment was confirmed by text message as well as by e-mail 10th Aug from Evergen Solar. It followed by another e-mail reminder yesterday, on the day of appointment.
No one from Evergen Solar team turned up, not even a telephone call!! So, I waited until 3:20pm & phoned Evergen Solar office. Their colleague said one of their staff will phone me shortly.
I received his telephone call, but his colleague was trying to re-arrange yesterday's appointment for tomorrow!
Extremely disappointed with Evergen Solar poor attitude. In addition, companies like Evergen Solar will regrettably diminish the interest of people (like myself) for the renewables, particularly for Solar Energy.

Great Experience. The whole process was extremely smooth and flawless. Nik was the salesperson who came initially following my online enquiry. We discussed the options and benefits of solar. I was no way going to sign up for anything at this early stage. But Nik filled me with such confidence and was not pushy at all. We agreed on a price and I signed up immediately. The installation date was confirmed at just over 2 weeks from the sales visit. Anthony, Brad and Lou arrived bright and early. They were polite, courteous and considerate. They updated me on their progress throughout the day. They were finished way quicker than I had expected. The quality of the work was excellent and they followed my request regarding cable routing. Many thanks for a great experience.

Does what it says on the tin - works very well!

Louie and Brad did an amazing job on their install today. The loft turned out to not be the optimal site so they fitted everything to a better spot on the side of the porch, and it's so low-profile and discreet on the interior portion. The whole team have been absolutely wonderful.

Very polite and hard working LECSI team. Prompt, unobtrusive, efficient and effective. Very knowledgeable and very happy to answer basic questions about the installation in particular and the technology in general.

Great customer experience, friendly installers George and Jed answered all our questions, adaptive to site requirements, and explained the system to us, also cleared their rubbish away which was a great help.

I wouldn’t use them at all. Constantly phoned me up for a survey. Even phoned me while I was abroad when I told them I was on holiday and will book in a survey once I got back home. I eventually booked in the survey with them, told multiplied people the same thing and then they didn’t turn up to and didn’t even let me know it was cancelled until I called. That’s just the tip of the iceberg don’t get me started on the funding sham they promote.

From the salesman, A Murphy, the scaffolding guys , the instillation team and customer services, excellent service and quality products.
We are very happy with our instillation, the panels and batteries.

Wow, Paul, Richard and Jordan arrived nice and early and introduced themselves before giving me a complete rundown on how they were going to install my equipment, discussing, cable runs and equipment location. Worked nice and safe, tiding as they went keeping the work area safe at all time. Upon completion, they walked me though the job, along with installation of the Mobile app and it's uses. One last check and tidy, leaving me fully informed and happy. What a great team offer technicians, well done. A credit to your company.

Charlie and Luke were absolutely superb. Arrived early and were polite throughout. Everything explained fully.

In the first instance, I responded to an advert on line where it said for you to answer various questions to see if you were able to obtain any form of assistance towards the cost of a solar panel system. I completed the survey, which didn’t provide any answers as to whether or not I qualified for any form of grant/funds towards the cost. The only result from this exercise, was a follow up telephone call from Evergen to make arrangements for one of their reps to call on me to discuss matters. I agreed for one of their sales representatives to attend my property on 2 July 2026, to go through everything with me and provide me with a quote. I made it quite clear that I would not be signing any documentation at the time of the appointment as I wanted to obtain further quotes and asked as to how long the provided quote would be valid for. I was informed the quote would remain valid until such time as I made my decision to proceed. I was also told that I would receive a call on the morning of 1 July 2026 for me to confirm the appointment was still OK to go ahead. I informed that I was not available on the morning of 1 July 2026 and requested they call me at 14.00 instead. They called at 10.00 when I wasn’t able to speak!!!! At 13.00 when I was able to speak, I called back but there was no answer. I then received a call at 14.30 and confirmed for the appointment to go ahead. I was given a code for me to receive a ‘discount’ on my quote.
On 2 July 2026 a salesperson from Evergen arrived promptly at my house as arranged. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name. She was a very pleasant young lady and clearly explained full details of how solar works, the company’s promised warranties and services etc. I asked her if she would be providing me with all this info in writing which she assured me she would. Then she calculated the cost of various options for me. As I want both panels and a battery, the cost quoted was over £16k. This was taking my ‘discount’ code into account. Then came the ‘double glazing’ type tactics, of her being able to provide a further discount, because the installers were working in my area on an industrial job, thus they could do my installation alongside this, which reduced travel costs etc. which I would benefit from. This bought the quote down, with a further ‘double glazing’ tactic being implemented, with her saying that she would ‘phone the office’ to see what additional discount(s) she could give me. For me to get these ‘discounts’ I needed to agree the sale there and then!!! I explained to her my previous telephone conversation with her colleagues and their assurance that the figures given to me were valid for a longer timescale then she was giving me. She said she would have to ‘speak to the office’ about this. I also reiterated that I wanted everything we’d discussed in writing and requested she send it to me on an email. She advised she would send all the info, with the final figures/all discounts etc. after she ‘had spoken to the office’ and I should receive the email within a couple of days.

Having heard nothing, I called Evergen on 14 July 2026 and explained to a male named Tarron that I was still waiting for this email. He checked their online system and waffled that matters hadn’t progressed very far, which as I hadn’t placed an order, was to be expected!!!! He then said he would refer the matter to ‘the office’ and I should receive the info shortly. Today is 7 August 2026, and like the Diana Ross song – I’m Still Waiting.
