I am so thrilled I decided to order the Womans Health Hormone test. For a year I haven't felt myself and my doctor kept ordering regular blood work and saying I was fine and I just needed birth control. I knew something was off. I took a leap of faith by ordering this test as a last ditch effort to find out why I have been feeling so horrible. It turns out all of my symptoms are because of low hormone levels, that were found from this test. Now I am able to feel myself again. So grateful for Everlywell!

I was not happy with how this appointment went. I purposely scheduled a visit through Everlywell thinking the physicians were familiar with these tests. The NP didn’t have any clue about the test. She, also, did not really go over my results with me. All she told me was that hormones can change and to retest in a few months. She also was yawning on the call. I’m pretty upset and don’t feel I should have to pay for this visit.

I used them for a variety of tests, and one came back that needed to retest. They sent another test to me, which I NEVER received and 4 months later they claim it was delivered during the holidays and won't give me a refund for something I already paid for. Extremely, disappointed in them for not issuing a refund when I clearly didn't get the test they sent. Will not be using them again.

The test was easy to do and results were fast. This helped me identify foods that may be causing reactions that I wouldn’t have thought of.

The instructions were easy and it was easy to register my kit online.
The only downside for me was that I would have liked the results faster. It took 8 business days to get results from the time I mailed them. That's not horrible, but if they could be available within a day or two of the lab receiving them, it would be excellent. Many of us are doing the at-home tests to get some results faster. Other than that, I really appreciate the detailed explanation of my test results--in a way I could understand. It was easy to download the PDF and send it to my doctor for followup. I highly recommend.

I love Everlywell. The test arrived quickly and The lab processed them right away. It is great being able to take different tests in the comfort of your own home. The process is easy and quick, With excellent instructions that are easy to follow.

The test is easy to do with clear instructions. The results matched my symptoms and gave me insight so I could know what avenue to pursue for my health. I was convinced my cortisol was high but it turns out I'm probably in early menopause. No wonder all the cortisol hacks weren't helping.

Very informative feedback on the blood work. I like the quick overview but also being able to read more about certain parts. The test taking was a bit of work, especially on the second test taking day when I had to spit in the tube for 5 minutes 4 times a day. But I guess it was still easier than going to the doctors office

I took a Testosterone test - it came back at 2992 dl/ml - this would be three to four time MINIMUM higher that a normal result. I questioned it, and they said they checked and yup, that's what the test said.

Absolute garbage testing.

The tests I ordered had easy to follow instructions, results came back in a reasonable amount of time. The food sensitivities tests could have had a little bit of an explanation of ranges but that’s not a show stopper. Will definitely order again.

Everything was perfect - process is easy and results were available when promised. A+

I waited too long to do and return a test & you all provided me with a replacement - which I 100% appreciated. My results where not necessarily 5 star, because I question the validity. I recently had 2 bad allergic reactions from the same ingredient & two different locations (one a business/one a home and different preparations) - I specifically got the test for more items to check for that suspected item & it came back no reaction. Additionally, things in the test I took 3 years ago came back with different results. I know that can change over time, but my allergies are not getting better, by any stretch, so I regret buying the test instead of just self editing for an ingredient I know caused a reaction.

Sample received at lab 3/8. Results received 3/25, initially promised 3/14 after 3 emails of excuses. I won't be using Everlywell again.

Test was extremely well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. The results came back quicker than I expected. I'm very satisfied

Great customer service. I messed up on my initial test card and they sent a replacement card. It took a while for it to arrive but it arrived nonetheless.

I like having the results on the app. Decent variety of tests. Would like to see some more extensive tests.

Scam. I paid for the testosterone at home test kit, registered it on their website, sent it back with the enclosed usps return label, showed delivered on my account in a couple days, waited 10 business days for results, contacted support, and they said they never got it. Then they responded to my inquiry email stating this it was the postal services fault that they never got it. When it was showing received & delivered on my account/ their own website
