Instructions on collecting samples aren't clear. They could make it easier to collect saliva samples by providing tools and resources for those who have never done it before.

The kit was very easy to use, the instructions were easy to follow.

The test results do not seem accurate based on previous results.

My doctor closed her office after decades of service to us. Being a diabetic, I used to get her to prescribe blood tests so I could see how I was doing. But after a few months, I decided I should order an HbA1c test and I'm glad I did. My sugar was alarmingly high and I've taken corrective steps. I also ordered another A1c to test again in a few months. Thanks for making these tests available to us!

My kit was easy to use and had great instructions! Shipping it back to them is taken care of by Everlywell. After they received my package, results were received after two days.

Test was easy to do and I got the results quickly. I gave it a 4 because it came back with a food sensitivity to coffee which Ive never had.

Most of the the things that were rated high for me are things I eat regularly with no issues. The things I eat that do give me issues were 0s. I don’t believe that this is a very good test at all. Totally not worth the money!

When I requested my first test I received the test packet and sent in my blood sample. Everlywell responded that I had not included my registration number with my blood sample and they sent me a registration number and an online way to include it with my blood sample, which I did. The results showed that my testosterone level was high and Everlywell indicated their concern about the testosterone level. I thought that maybe I had some testosterone on finger when I did the prick for the blood sample, so I tried again. That time the results showed that while at the upper level, my testosterone level was only marginally higher than than the standard level. I appreciate the genuine help and concern that Everlywell showed for me. They care. That's why I'll keep using their testing service.

I liked the prompt delivery and easy results, what I thought was interesting is I cannot eat dairy I cannot break down the protein, I haven't had diary since 1985, I get violently ill and end up in the hospital. I wonder why that did not show up as a high Reactivity concern. makes me wonder about the validity of the test. It's an expensive test that didn't show this but also said dairy was in the moderate sensitivity, and casein and whey were in the mild reactivity. Like I said I have very violent reactions to both of those. I wonder if you can explain that. Feel like I wasted my money on this test .

I will say the test itself is very user friendly and fast. I got my results within 8 days of sending my package back. The follow up is what was terrible. I understand I got my results Christmas Eve and imagined I wouldn’t be getting a call till the 26th. To be safe I called myself the 26th and set up an appointment with a physician. No one’s ever called even though I was supposed to get a cell within 4 hours. I then called again the next day and they apologized and said they’d be calling today. Yet, still no call. Very disappointed in my service after receiving my results.

Kits are easy to use, results are relatively quick. I took the lipids test, which is fairly inexpensive (especially with a holiday discount!).

The test kit was easy to follow. The return sample was fast. I was informed every step of the way when the kit arrived, being processed, and when the results were ready. The results were very explanatory and informative what the next step should be. I was very impressed that a representative called to make sure we received the results and asked if we had any questions or concerns.

Horrible customer service. They’ve had my samples for weeks and refuse to post the results even after I’ve emailed numerous times. They won’t refund me either. They first denied a sample from me with absolutely no reasoning then resent me out another box too late for me to track the part of my cycle I needed to so I had to wait for a whole other cycle to test. Sent my results in immediately and they’ve had them for weeks with no results posted. Will never use this company again.

I had to take this test TWICE just for it to tell me I am mildly sensitive to GARLIC. A food that I have literally never had an issue after eating ever. Total waste of my time and money.
