I just didn't get my package, i don't know if its the postal services fault or the company’s fault but i don't have it and customer support is not responding after 2 requests and weeks of waiting. I will be happy to change my review after my delivery problem is resolved to give an honest review of the product.

The pills are easy to swallow I like the tube that the vitamins are stored in just started taking them so will update in a month.

I have resilient in starting to have it but I don't regret for a second. I am pleased with it and looking forward to feel more healthier with my personalised tablets.

It’s a good mix and well adjusted amounts but the subscription is not as flexible as hoped.
I’m travelling a lot and needed to readjust the shipping which only lets me email and I get notice within 48h. Well guess I gonna miss your delivery then … sad.

I have always used shop bought supplements and thought I was doing ok. I saw an Everly advert offering a trial pack for £9, so I thought why not.
You’re asked a series of questions regarding your health and lifestyle, then you have your results with your selected supplements.
I found the packs easy to use as they come in individual daily wrappers.
I have just received my second delivery as I was really impressed by how well they worked.
The difference they have made to me physically and mentally is amazing. I suffered with constant aches and pains, they are now non existent. I’m so happy I have these now, they are worth every penny! Thank you Everly ♥️

I have been on the hunt for a while for some new vitamins and I am so glad I came across Everly. The whole ordering experience was great and I've felt so much better in myself since ordering. I have recommended to my friends and family to order! 10/10 thanks so much!

I had a disappointing experience with Everly Wellness UK's supplements, particularly their Omega-3 capsules. The capsules have a strong, unpleasant fishy smell, which is quite off-putting. Additionally the other vitamins, several capsules in the bags were squished and not properly sealed, causing the powder inside to leak out. This raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of the product. I tried to contact their customer service regarding these issues, they have offered replacement.

Given the poor product quality I would not recommend Everly Wellness UK's supplements.

Great experience. The online consultation was quick but really comprehensive and my personalised pack arrived in 2 days. Looks great and I feel like the vitamins are already starting to have an effect! Highly recommend.

The vitamines are good, like many others. But in a non recyclable package. The most anooying is the repeating subscription. Very hard to cancel. Reactives itself after a few months and not easy to cancel. Really feels like they want your money even if you don’t want the vitamins anymore or did not get the time to finish the previous tube!

No way to delete your account. Contacted customer service days ago and no response. Why isn’t there a simple ‘delete my account and data’ in the account tab? Why make it so difficult?

This is a great product with great customer service. You can tell everything is of high quality. My only criticism and thing that puts me off repurchasing is the packaging. It uses so much plastic and feels very wasteful. It can also be difficult to open and tear off at times.
But overall a great product, would just be great to reduce the packaging or at least have an option to have the supplements in refillable jars.

Excellent first order service by Shen.

I explained my situation that I have to leave for my Holidays and want my vitamins quicker and Shen sent them out via 24 hour tracking service straight away for me which I’ll be getting delivered guaranteed confirmed by Royal Mail.

Although it’s my first order I’m very impressed by Shen and the way the customer service is helpful. I hope that the vitamins will be awesome as well.

I will give an update after trying them for a few weeks.

The best thing is that it’s based on the questionnaire that you complete. So it’s all only for you.

I’ve been subscribing to Everly wellness for quite a few months now and their product is amazing, it’s very high quality and packaged beautifully. Customer service is also great, recently had an issue with my package being delivered to an old address (my fault) and when it was returned to them they contacted me resent it out to my new one out of goodwill! 10/10 would recommend.

This is my 1st time trying the vitamins after seeing Lottie from the Tummy Diaries (insta) recommend them. They arrived so quickly and I started taking straight away. It’s been 5 days and I feel a lot better already. Easy to take, no horrible taste, lovely packaging that looks stylish in my home - very happy with them so far! Thank you
