I purchased from this company, after seeing "The Tummy Diaries" on Instagram use the service. The questionnaire is really easy to complete and I purchased the vitamins recommended to me from that.

The customer service has been excellent. I received my order the day after ordering, which is brilliant! I've only been taking the vitamins for 3 days so can't see a real difference yet, but I'm excited to see how I feel after the first cycle.

Really impressed by this company so far. Discovered them through someone I follow on Instagram. Placed the order and received it within a couple of days.
The questionnaire you complete is simple to use and helped me decide which vitamins to go for. So far so good with taking them (on day 5), already noticing a difference with my digestion. Looking forward to seeing how I feel after my first 28 days but hopeful so far.

I am yet to try the product but this review is based on customer service alone. Tamara has been fantastic with her efficiency in responding to my queries on the delivery of my bundle. unfortunately there has been issues with the delivery itself somewhere in the keep of he Royal Mail, after helping me chase this up she then offered to put together a whole new bundle and have it sent via 24hr tracking. I am so excited to begin my health kick with my personalised vitamins.

Amazing concept as it is based of what you need plus you can change it up if needed, I am going away next week for two weeks and my pack was due at the same day as I was leaving, I have emailed - Spoke to Shen - after two days my pack was delivered today - amazing service and quick response.

Since I started taking their vitamins I’ve noticed myself getting through days with so much more energy and not looking so tired and sunken in. 11/10 will be buying each month X

They taste absolutely disgusting I have had to bin them.

Amazing and brilliant concept - everything is in one place and whenever I have needed something resolved or an issue has arisen, Shen has always been to hand and found a solution very quickly! Brilliant team and fantastic product - wouldn't use any other supplement subscription service.

I couldn't be happier with VIVE Wellness. The vitamins themselves are really great, but the customer service is even better. Any problem I've stumbled upon has been dealt with immediately and to such a high standard. I love how easy it makes taking my vitamins! I don't have to worry about finding all the different ones I need, they arrive without me having to think about it when I run out. I have found some issues I was facing have improved since taking them. The customer service is AMAZING (I have spoken to Shen a couple times) and it is also hassle free to get hold of someone at Vive Wellness. It also works out around the same price as it would if I was to get all my vitamins in their own individual packs from amazon for example. Give it a go!!

During covid 19 I had a few issues in receiving my vitamins and changing the delivery address. Customer service were so helpful in assisting me in order to get my pack. I was so touched by their involvement and levels of helpfulness. In regards to the vitamins, they have such a wide range to choice from and their online consultation is amazing. Such an innovative idea. I have referred 2 friends recently which also gives me and them a discount off our next orders. Brilliant customer service, excellent product and company all round!

From the initial consultation to the actual delivery this has been a first class experience.

The selection of vitamins based on my requirements are doing the trick, despite physically working 7 days a week during the lockdown, I am less fatigued and my skin is really looking and feeling better.

I had a question this week and Shen answered with astonishing speed and resolved my query in seconds.

So very impressed with the Vive Wellness process from start to finish. Between the quiz and suggestions for your personalised daily vitamins, setting up the subscription, the price of the vitamins (especially in comparison to other health / vitamin places) and the overall customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough. Special shout out to Shen who provided first class customer service when I was having an issue with my subscription during Covid19. Cannot recommend this company enough. PS, the little packets personalised with your name is an adorable extra special touch!!

I love the idea of personalised vitamins, it’s such a great concept and has made vitamins fun! If you haven’t already tried Vive, I suggest you do. Such a friendly, warm, customer service. I had trouble logging into my account but they helped me straight away, amended my delivery address for my latest pack and changed the date of my next Vive pack so I wouldn’t miss out on my vitamins. These guys are the best.

They preordered without my authorisation but after I contacted the customer service, they refund me the price and I could place a new order.

My first order was on time and come lovely packaged. Due to the coronavirus outbreak and funds I unfortunately couldn't afford the next month subscription. I contacted vive through messages and they responded very quickly. I explained my situation and the lovely employer actually ran down to the store to get my package before it was sent out so I wouldn't receive another charge on my bank. I honestly can't thank Shen enough. Amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me. Would definately recommend. Thank you

Really pleased with the ease of ordering and the recommendations- you can never really be sure but I certainly feel like the vitamins that were suggested are having a positive effect!

I’d always forget to take my multivitamins before I started with vive but now I’m remembering every day and feel better for it. I travel a lot with work so the daily packs are a great idea for me and I’m feeling less tired after a week on the road. You probably pay a bit more to have the monthly deliveries but for me it suits perfectly.

Brilliant! Feel the benefits of my vitamins every day. Also so flexible and easy to pause my subscription if needed. I've told all my friends about vive wellness.
