Hate the postal service that was being used as my package took too long to be updated in the system (3 months even after i paid extra for Express) and pretty got lost in transit.

What made my experience so good was not only the great product, but above all the support. I approached him with a small problem and received an immediate response, helpful, friendly and human. In times when support is mostly computer-generated, often without the possibility of speaking directly to a person, this gives me as a customer a really secure feeling. I'm super happy with how everything went.

No one answers your emails, customer service is zero once they get your order. My order was a birthday present but was worthless as it didn't come in time and they ignored my request to send it to a different address. Wouldn't use again.

2 of the shirts I bought never made it to my home. One of them was the wrong size (not because they shipped an incorrect size, more like I got 2 smalls, one fit me and the other one didn't). Still, every time i reached out to them they were attentive and provided great customer service. The shirts that I did end up using I love.

there was a mix-up with my order but staff responded quickly and courteously. the shirt itself is of really nice quality and I'm happy I got it.

Great experience. The website is easy to navigate and the brand supports causes that are important to me. My order was delayed in the post so I contacted customer service who came back to me really quickly and were extremely helpful.

Although the item took a while to arrive, there was steady communication with staff that provided alternate prompt options in case the item did not arrive. Very pleased with the service, and although the item arrived a bit later than estimated it arrived in excellentconditions.

Excellent customer service and amazing quality of the products

Such fantastic designs and so many that I would want. But ordered one t shirt, it looked a little less bright that on the screen but that happens and didn’t think any more of it. Three washes in and it’s really faded, I’ve kept it but it’s now not something I feel I can wear outside and more of a home top! Shame the quality isn’t there.

I have bought from this site before and the quality of their materials is excellent. Their designs are great and I have never had any problems with my orders. I would highly recommend this site to others. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be a returning customer. Just a heads up, after around 10 washes, the colors of the prints may start to fade, but this is a common occurrence with other similar shops as well, so it's not a major concern in my opinion.
