Ordered a t shirt on 24.9.24 still waiting for it, got an email confirming order but nothing since. emailed twice & also message via their instagram account with no response.
Edit: following this review I was contacted & miraculously the t shirt arrived a week later. It shouldn’t be this difficult. It took over 4weeks to arrive, I don’t mind it taking time but at least keep the customer updated.

Excellent quality product and service.
There was a slight mix up and I needed assistance to locate my order. The staff at Everpress were responsive, efficient and professional. I was most impressed all around.
Ordered at the start of August and got notified that the order had been sent to print on 19th August. Email again on 23rd August to say item was despatched but still hasn’t arrived. No way of contacting them to find out what’s happened to my order. Contact us page gives a phone number that’s never answered and directs you to their socials. Messages sent on all platforms haven’t been read or replied to
I like the concept but if anything goes wrong don’t expect to be able to get in touch.
Edit: I have amended my review as when I finally managed to get in touch the response was quick and I was offered a refund or a reprint. I did have to wait another month or so for the item but when it arrived it was good quality

Bought a jumper for myself as a Christmas present last year, only worn it a handful of times and washed it according to instructions and print is already fading away.
Had the same issue with a t-shirt I was gifted from there. The quality seems to be pretty bad which is disappointing because the print designs are very cool.
EDIT: I bought it for Christmas and then wore it maybe a few times and had it washed 3-4 times and then it went back into storage as it wasn't cold enough so I wasn't watching the print quality like a hawk but as it's getting colder now it's come out again. I appreciate the goodwill gesture but it is annoying that I will probably have to make sure it rather gets spot treatments then washes

Amazing company, quality products and the customer service support was amazing - very nice person who helped me find my package after my local post f-up and didn’t even bother to contact me about my package being delivered.
I bought a t-shirt from here and it arrived stained, I called and left messages and sent emails but had no response from them.
Following leaving a review about the experience, I received the below message from them and after reaching out again Jimmy was very helpful and sent me a new t-shirt straight away. I have now edited my review to reflect this as I am pleased that this was resolved quickly and the customer service was very good once I managed to get hold of them.

I was concerned that I would not be able to track my order from Spain as my mailbox was full and I could not receive their automatic email after shipment. So I contacted their customer service and Jimmy got back to me by email within minutes. He solved my problem immediately by being helpful and attentive to my problem. Fortunately, I was able to track my order (which I really recommend buying) by logging into my user dashboard and I just received my package on the stated delivery date.
I am highly impressed with the excellent customer service from Everpress. They have responded very quickly with a solution. But what's more, as a customer it's a great feeling to be able to talk to a real person, as nowadays support is mainly computer generated.
I definitely recommend using them.
I recieved a tshirt that was misprinted and so I emailed customer services. Jimmy messaged me back in 2 minutes and offered a reprint or a refund without issue and then kept me updated on the reprint with regular emails. Really friendly and helpful, honestly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Really impressed.
Everpress has a lot going for it, but there are a few significant areas where it clearly falls short.
Let's start with the positives:
- The designs available on Everpress are really unique.
- The customer service is responsive, making interactions smooth.
- I also appreciate that Everpress supports and retributes the creators fairly, which is a great initiative.
However, there are a few downsides that need addressing:
Firstly, quality inconsistency: the quality of the shirts can be extremely disappointing. While Everpress claims that the creators select the shirt types, the company should take responsibility for not offering subpar options (which they largely do). Many of the shirts are see-through, too light, and have inconsistent sizing. This level of quality is simply unacceptable for the price paid.
Secondly, Everpress promotes batch/order printing as an environmentally friendly practice. However, in my experience, this is misleading. I ordered five shirts, expecting a single, consolidated shipment (or at least some consolidation), but instead, they arrived in five separate packages. This completely undermines the environmental benefits they claim to uphold + sometimes waiting 4 weeks to receive your t-shirt is too long, way too long. There are other ways to be sustainable and ship faster.
In conclusion, while Everpress is good in design variety, designer retribution and customer service, it urgently needs to improve the quality of its products and the efficiency of its processes.
I'm an avid t-shirt buyer. I buy apparel from different sources every month and while Everpress has exciting designs, the subpar quality of their shirts will keep me from ordering again, unfortunately.

Great shirt! My first from Everpress. Really well designed, the print looks great. Very happy with the timescale for manufacture and delivery with lots of information and updates offered. Would definitely look for designs on Everpress again.
I ordered a shirt from an artist I follow.
It arrived and the print was the incorrect size and placement. One quick email to customer support and Jimmy solved my issue immediately.

I'm from Europe in France. Commanded a T-shirt Alice OSEMAN pre-order in december 2023, should have been sent and received in january 2024 but didn't got anything at first, contacted customers service at the end of january 2024 and got in contact with Jimmy who helped me through the whole process of sending new prints, contacting the house print and answered to me quickly through it all. After a few packages sent and trying differents tracking services, after a few months i finally received it today successfully, the T-Shirt is fire!! You can trust Jimmy to help you! Just be sure to add tracking to your package!!!
