They are the worse

They are the worse. I ordered a tshirt more than a month ago and I’m still waiting. Sent them so many emails and got 0 replies.
They are terrible. Took my money and disappeared.

I've ordered twice from Everpress

I've ordered twice from Everpress. First time it went well, 2nd time the sweatshirt I got the print was too small. I was told they couldn't make it any larger, which was a bummer. Customer service refunded me my purchase very quickly, which made things better on my end. I will still support Everpress as long as they work with Independent Artists.

Customer Service Nonexistent

This company needs to improve on their customer service. Getting in contact with a company should not be this hard, customer service is basically nonexistent. Would not buy from this company again. Such a shame that this company did such a horrible job on representing Liam and his art.

Disappointed in the lack of replacement…

Editing 1/5/25 that Everpress did reach out for a refund and information to obtain a new shirt with updated production outcomes. Changing the review as I am satisfied with this remedy and customer service. Thank you Everpress!

Disappointed in the lack of replacement for my Liam Payne shirt. Not sure how Everpress rationalizes replacing some but not all of the blurry/orange-tinted shirts. I am one customer who was denied a replacement. Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this company due to their satisfaction producing and sending low quality merchandise. Customer service takes forever to repair and are not helpful. Will not use this company again.

Liam Payne campaign

Received a blurry orange shirt, just like a bunch of other people received the blurry orange shirt from the Liam Payne campaign and have yet to receive a reprint just like they stated in their email. It’s been over a month and yet still no response from their customer service or any update at all.

Great customer service!!!

Big thanks to Jimmy for the help on my order for the Liam Payne Choose Love campaign. His customer support was very very helpful and he helped me get a refund for my order. I had ordered in October and even with it being 2 months ago (almost 3 with the new year) he still managed to be able to help me due to the prints on this campaign not coming out as expected. I was able to reorder the shirt and can’t wait for it to come in correctly this time. I very much appreciated his help. Thank You Jimmy!!!

Great concept and great item! Would recommend!

I ordered a long-sleeved top as a gift. The quality was great and shipping was fast. The only thing I would say is I was expecting it to arrive with some sort of marketing material from the designer (business card at least). I would suggest the garment to be fitted with a branded label of some sort, to promote the brand and also to show to my friend who I gifted it to, who the designer is. Otherwise a great concept and would recommend!

Everpress - best for consumer & creator alike

I’ve used Everpress for years, initially as a customer with always a really positive experience - though in recent years I have been selling as a creator on there. I can absolutely say hands down, that from print to service, this is the best I’ve worked with. My campaign manager Jake (hope it’s ok I use your name!) is outstanding and has always gone above and beyond for me. I love Everpress and I will always suggest and champion these guys.

No delivery or updates

I placed my order in the beginning of November and still have not received it. I understand the shirt doesn't print right away but even allowing for that, it shipped on December 2nd and here we are almost 3 weeks later with no shirt and no updates. I contacted them and received an automatic reply that I would get a response in 5-8 business days - seriously?!? The response also mentioned that delivery times are delayed and may take up to 25+ working days depending on where you're located!!! Is this a joke?!? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and clearly won't arrive in time for that (despite stating that it would). Worse yet is that there is no tracking information, so I have no idea if it's even close.

I understand that some shipping delays are inevitable, but taking 2 months or more to deliver a shirt is ridiculous. And shipping without tracking shouldn't even be allowed, but I guess I'm glad I didn't pay more to watch my package not arrive in time. The company also clearly needs to hire more customer support because telling customers you'll get back to them in a week is unacceptable.

I will never do business with this company again.

P.S. I responded to their reply here and still have yet to be contacted over 10 days later...

Never recieved order

Bought two shirts on the 3rd, was told 5-7 days delivery. Never recieved an email confirmation, and the company haven't respond to emails sent on the 13th and 18th. Very frustrating, feel like I've lost out on 70 pound.

I ordered the Anti Facist St Pauli…

I ordered the Anti Facist St Pauli sweater from URSOCOOL. I was so disappointed in the poor quality of the sweater. It looks and feels cheap and it’s so thin it won’t even keep me warm. I’ve ordered plenty from ever press and never had any issues but this is poor. The actual print graphic is great and I love what St Pauli represent as a team. A much better quality sweatshirt would’ve had me raving about it shame to have been so let down.
