After multiple attempts and communications trying to resolve an issue we have gone in a loop and are back to a point we were at a week ago with the company not recognising a token purchased from a major UK retailer, they have been given every opportunity to resolve the issue with communications also copied to the seller. Before even considering purchasing one of their gift tokens, have a good look at a number of review sites and see if you can find a generally high rating over the site, yes a few good individual ratings, but a lot more poor ratings. We have now accepted a small loss and written off any further attempts to resolve and get the card value honoured. It is possible that the company has an issue with the security of the gift-cards enabling them to be tampered with at the retailers, but that does not help the buyer/receiver of the gift card. Buyer beware.
P.S. Following Review, we are AGAIN going over the SAME ground with Every-Wish requesting photos etc. They have already had these items and a full report. The issue is now with senior management of the major retailer who are investing. It appears issues with gift-cards has become too common. Can only say the retailer appears to be treating issue seriously, and we are having sensible dialogue with them, unlike Every-wish.

I ordered a PDF gift card, from the US, to be delivered via email for a colleague in London and never received it. I reached out to customer service several times only for them to tell me it was re-sent, but I never received it.

After a not short wait on the telephone I was speaking to a Theresa Reece, who wss extremely helpful and patient. After explaining the problem she told me what she wad going to do to correct the problem. Less than a.minute after the end of the call the email arrived.
The simple instructions were easy to follow. Less than 5 minutes after returning the email the new code arrived. Problem solved, very quickly. Well done.

I was given a voucher for £50 with a code and visited the website to redeem it for a suitable voucher for my chosen retailer, the email that should of contained the codes never arrived, despite repeated requests for them to resend the code nothing ever arrives, Got in touch with customer service sent them a photo of the code, they then requested a photo of the receipt which I sent as proof and are now demanding I send photo ID, who asks for photo ID for an online purchase. Finally after 7 or 8 emails back and forth got another code which I managed to redeem but it really shouldn't be this difficult.

My son bought me a voucher for Mother's Day. Submitted the code and waited for my voucher code from my chosen retailer. Site says it could take up to an hour. After an hour and a half I tried again as had not received it, waited and still nothing. I have now submitted an enquiry and did receive an email back that it has been received. After finding this site with the numerous complaints I am not hopeful I will ever hear from the company again. 😳

Was given a gift card as a present and what an annoying waste of my time this is.
Tried to redeem as an Amazon voucher and after multiple emails, still no voucher.
Tried emailing their customer service and received this automated reply:
Dear customer,
your request (2081697) has been received and is being reviewed by our customer service team.
To add additional comments, reply to this email.
Nearly 6 hours later, still no response.
Never had any such trouble redeeming any vouchers in the past with other companies.
I can only suggest that you avoid this outfit like the plague.

My children received a gift card each for £50 for Christmas. I have tried to redeem each card and all three have returned error codes. I have submitted three contacts through their website as the website requests and received one email back asking for the receipt. I provided this and have now had no contact for 2 weeks. This is a very expensive issue and very poor for three children not to be able to redeem their gifts!
It is now 3 weeks later - I contacted every wish as requested and still no closer to getting the Christmas vouchers for my children! they take days to reply to every email and ask for the same information that has already been provided! Not a penny given to us!!!!

Can't give zero, so giving 1.Just tried to activate mother's day gift card I was given and code stuck on to paper backing and unreadable.From looking at reviews this is not an uncommon problem This means I now have to contact the gift giver to see if they have a receipt.This takes every bit of pleasure out of giving and receiving a gift.I am angry that a simple gesture results in this situation and finding that it is not exactly a rare occurrence Updated review 16/03/25.I have sent everywish a photo of the faulty gift card as requested, they have replied by asking me to send a photo of the receipt! This was a GIFT, I didn't buy it. I will now have to ask the gift givers to send me a photo of the receipt if they have it.I am not sure why I have to do all this, it is clear in the photo I sent them why I couldn't use the code.I would not advise anyone to buy one of these gift cards.I still rate ti's company as a zero.Updated 17/03/26 Eventually got an M and S gift card but cannot decrypt the code-unbelievable, another e mail back to them, if there response is not what I would expect of a global company I will ask my gift card donor to go to his bank and charge back the money spent. Again a 0 score

I purchased the gift card from my husbands birthday, we waited 24 hours from activating the code with no joy, we have emailed with the card number the receipt of purchase and the activation of gift card receipt and have had no joy, that’s £50 he will never see
