I purchased gift cards from EveryWish that simply could not be activated — completely unusable from the start. What followed was an exhausting and frustrating process trying to get any form of support.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. You’re stuck dealing with automated AI responses for hours, with no real help. When I finally managed to get through to an actual person after multiple attempts, they eventually agreed to issue a refund.
That’s where the problems continued.
I was told the refund had been processed, yet here I am four weeks later with no money returned. No updates, no accountability, no urgency — just silence.
After this experience, it’s clear this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and not to be trusted with your money. Unfortunately, my experience is far from unique — many customers report issues with gift cards not working, poor communication, and long delays or no resolution at all.
Save yourself the stress and stay well away.

I purchased a gift card on 14/3/26 for the following day, Mother's Day. Unfortunately, when my mother attempted to redeem her code for an £15 Amazon gift voucher, no email arrived after waiting the asked 24 hours, and none has arrived since.
EDIT: After contacting customer service, they swiftly sent me the gift code and apologised.

I received a voucher from a family member as a gift, but when I opened it, part of the code needed to redeem the voucher was rubbed off and illegible. I emailed and sent a message to their customer service back in November with pictures of the Voucher, asking for assistance, since November 2025- no response. I have since emailed again but no response. Abysmal customer service. The family member put £100 on this voucher, and I am absolutely appalled that they have ignored my request for assistance with either letting me know what the code is or by replacing it. I wont be using this company in future for buying gift cards and I will ensure to tell all family and friends not to sue this company either. Use a different band to buy your gift cards!!

Don’t usually leave reviews but had to on this occasion..
Daughter received a voucher for her birthday as was searching Every-Wish the first thing that popped up was trustpilot and was so nervous reading the reviews..
She had £20 to claim and we selected Amazon, straight forward to claim and as the completion page said, can take up to 60 minutes..
Came through in around 40 minutes and no problem loading the code onto my Amazon account.
Genuinely think people only chose to write negative reviews so the negative outweigh any positives in this instance!

I bought a £50 Everywish card from Asda. I have the receipt showing "Activated". I redeemed the card on the Everywish website, and the status now shows as "ALREADY REDEEMED". However, I never received the retailer voucher via email. Support is sending me the same automated templates for 3 weeks, claiming they are "investigating". This is unacceptable. You have my money, the card is used, but I have no product. Resolve this immediately! Ticket ID: 2091489
UPDATE 23.02: Everywish replied with another automated template. My ticket has been 'processed' for 3 weeks now. My card is marked as REDEEMED on their website, which proves there is no 'security issue' with activation. They have my money and are refusing to provide the voucher. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now reporting this to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I tried to use my voucher and never received the code. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Everywish but they never answer and ive sent 3 emails and again no one has got back to me. This has been going on since Christmas. I’m very disappointed with their lack of customer service and wouldn’t advise anyone to buy these vouchers.
An advisor has got back to us and say as we don’t have the receipt they can’t help with the gift card. 21.03.26.
I’ve been cheated out of a gift card for £50.
Maybe Everywish didn’t read the review.

I bought a gift card in early Ferbruary - tried to redeem it some days later, was told that the gift card would take upto 60 minutes to arrive.
IT NEVER ARRIVED!
After countless emails, they finally replied yesterday to say that they have reset the code and please redeem using another email address.
I did - and guess what?! STILL NO GIFT CARDS.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
