I tried to redeem the gift card to use on amazon .The code was never sent to my email after requesting several times. My email was entered correctly and after doing the resend email option many times I then went to customer services and the page never opened or said oops the are fault ! Every wish now how £20 of my money , if this happens regularly then they are raking the pounds in. Terrible company and website. Will never use again or recommend.

I received a gift card from a friend. When it came to redeeming the giftcard a code from the back was already scratched off. After reading the reviews on here it appears I’m not the only one this has happened too. I have tried to make contact using the contact form, email, calling and I’ve even sent them a message on instagram. I’ve had nothing back. Ongoing since 20/10/25.
It does appear to be a scam.

Avoid Everywish !
Daughter gave me a gift voucher for a birthday present and I tried to use it on Amazon to redeem online but I’ve been unable to purchase anything .
Avoid this company , sent a couple of emails to see what happens . Looks like my birthday present from my daughter is just another scam , they clearly hope people won’t bother to complain .
Better off giving money .

I tried to redeem a £20 voucher but like many others like me are experiencing an Error code that blocks the redeeming code . I have Emailed everywish but they have not acknowledged this!

Was bought a £60 every wish card, for my birthday off my work colleagues. I tried redeeming it yesterday for an Adidas voucher, when trying to do this I could only redeem £50-which I did. I then had to redeem a second time for the remaining £10 only to find I could only redeem £15, which meant I had to pay £5 off my own bank card to top this up and redeem the £15 adidas voucher. I had an order sat in the basket on adidas store waiting for my redeemed gift cards to come through via email, every wish stated ‘in busy times it could take up to 60 minutes’
I waited and waited, still nothing after those 60 minutes, however my receipt for the £5 it had cost me came through within a matter of minutes!?
Eventually my £50 gift card came through, but I am unable to decrypt and show the code for this voucher, always getting the RDMx3 error code. I have sent numerous emails and even filled out the support form on Every Wish website-still no reply. I have sent in screenshots of the issues, and also mentioned I still have a £15 voucher somewhere out there in the abyss that I still have not received!! Customer service is appalling, the fact so many customers have this RDMx3 error message is very worrying. So not only has it cost me £5 for the pleasure of absolutely nothing, I am £65 worth of Adidas vouchers missing. Feels like the biggest scam going. I now need to break this to my work colleagues who all contributed their money, towards this voucher for my 40th birthday which was on Monday that I am basically left with nothing to show for their generosity & it costing me money also. Very very angry right now.

I was given a voucher as a present and when I tried to redeem it I had difficulty with extracting the code from the slip of silver. I emailed Every-Wish and from the very first enquiry to the customer service agent Taylor sending me a replacement code everything was so smooth, quick and professional. They are thieves, they took my sister’s £50 pound and upon contacting them they say the gift card hasn’t been purchased. I bought this gift card for her at the Card Factory in Hayes Lombardy retail park about 18 months ago. After this length of time it isn’t odd to misplace the receipt. Never again!

Per TS to operate in the UK you must be clear to customers as to how you operate.
1. Please tell me where on the back of your gift card does it say you as the company dictate each amount you take. Eg most companies either allow you to use the card directly with the retailer or activate the voucher as one amount.
2. Where does it say that you dictate the retailer and this cannot be changed once chosen?
3. You absolutely have control over the fact that the retailer only accepts one gift card. You know being in the business of working with retailers that most only accept one gift card. Yet I had a £40 balance and I had to take two codes (one at £25 and one at £15) so I ended up with two codes. I cannot use those online so now I have to travel an hour to get what I want from the store. All because you operate the way you do.
4. You have absolutely stolen the £5 because I now have to go in store to get the item I want because I have multiple codes I cannot use online. You don’t give customers the option to redeem the £5 as the minimum is £10 so I would to give you more money to get my £5. You have held my £5 hostage unless I give you more money to get it. This was a gift card to me from family so why would my family want me to pay more money to get what they put on the card?
I suggest you give me the number to call urgently so you can refund this. In the meantime, trading standards are looking into this as is the police fraud team.
Had to report to trading standards + fraud team as this company has stolen £5 from a gift card. it does not allow you to take the amount that you require and the company decides where you spend your money and how much
