I received an everywish card and had no issue with the scratch off as others have reported. It did take well over an hour for me to get the code emailed for my chosen retailer, but this in itself wasn't a big issue. My problem - and it is unproven but I am very suspicious - is that since redeeming the gift card and giving my email address, I have had over 600 spam emails today alone and also had my account hacked for an online supermarket with an order of over £200 placed to an address 3 hours away from mine. I'm sure some will say coincidence but I am incredibly suspicious of the timing! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Pathetic attempt at a gift card
Pathetic attempt at a gift card, an absolute con. At most places to redeem you have to pay extra as they do not offer vouchers of the correct amount. Absolutely disgraceful user interface which makes it all but impossible to redeem, and even when you manage to they cannot even send out a decent egiftcard which could be redeemed through my google wallet. Even when trying to get through to customer service I was left with such a lengthy wait that I eventually gave.
A pitiful moneygrabbing attempt, that are so tough to use it may as well be a scam.
I look forward to hearing your response and how you attempt to remidy my terrible experience.

Horrible,tried to redeem the code for 3 months
Horrible,tried to redeem the code in December as I had a £40 voucher unfortunately everywish didn’t have a £40 voucher option so I had to pay an extra £10 to make it £50. After a week I still didn’t receive the voucher via email after thoroughly checking very many times.I then decided to call everywish and then was on hold for 3 hours absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Something not right here
Got a gift card gifted to me in September, scratched the code off this morning to see a number/letter missing from the code. Emailed support to be told that the gift card had been used in October! Don’t understand how that’s possible considering I have literally only scratched it this morning and there is no way to get the code without scratching off the metallic stuff. To make it even better they claim I’ve used it but won’t prove it by telling me the email used to redeem it or where it was spent!!!!!
Edit**** Thanks for the reply! Everywish. Your unwillingness to provide this information makes me think the whole thing is just a scam and maybe your team are spending everyone’s gift cards if they aren’t used immediately after purchase. What a brilliant company!!!!

Sticker ripped off code - scam ? Quickly sorted
* update to original review **contacted the company and within 2 hours I’ve had a response and a new code which I’ve redeemed successfully and purchased something with Amazon . Great customer service ! Just need to change the design of the card so the sticker works effectively. Thanks to Antigoni who responded so quickly on email . Got a gift from work colleagues for my birthday and the sticker has pulled off the code so I can’t redeem . I rea there is a scam were people peel off the sticker in store and then wait for you to try and redeem and claim the money so you get an error code instead of. Hoping I can get this sorted have emailed the support email

Every Wish don't respond.....

wake up supermarkets these cards are a SCAM
i would rate this company zero if I could.
How big named supermarkets are selling these gift cards I really don't know after 5 attempts of getting my choice of gift cards I finally got it but my partner has just been totally ignored we both recieved these for Christmas our next step is to go to Sainsbury's with the reciept & gift card & see what their policy is about a refund will write another review when I have spoken to Sainsbury's customer service

I would give them "0" stars if I could. I purchased a digital gift voucher for £150 and the link did not work. I phoned and they said I had to wait 24 hours before the link would work. It did not work after 24 hours. I phoned again and they said that they would resend the link. They did not. I finally got through to them again requesting a refund. They replied back with an email and said that it would take a few working days. Extremely disappointed in their service! Don't purchase from them!

Fast response from Every-wish
I had a £30 every wish voucher for a birthday present and redeemed today to use on Amazon as far as I was concerned it all went through, but it has not appeared on my Amazon account . l see many people have had a similar issue! I have tried to enter the code several times more and it says it has been redeemed followed by a code VCR x4. Certainly not happy for myself or the the person who brought it from Tesco.
Update on 1st April
Problem resolved on 31st March by ANTIGONI. Following my complaint, customer service contacted me very quickly and have resolved my problem with a code for my chosen retailer which went through very easily this has changed the number of stars I gave them initially, THANK YOU EVERY-WISH

I received £50 gift card as a retirement gift. I entered the code on the website and chose a John Lewis e voucher which never arrived. Now when I go back to the site it says this card has already been redeemed and I can find no way of contacting the company. I am annoyed not only because I can’t use the voucher but also because a former customer has wasted his money buying it.
