it works,,but..

it works,,, but it's fiddly! you buy a voucher but it's only available after 24 hours! LOL! also, once you click in the email toget the voucher, you only have 24 horus to download the PDF. but remember, it is activated 24 hours later. so you go back and try to download the PDF and it doesn't work and then you're lucky because you rememeber where you saved the PDF. the redemption isn't straighforward either. I won't use again.

The website needs improvement

I was gifted a voucher but unfortunately the everywish link sent would not show the code I contacted everywish and had help from Veronika Davis who resolved the issue the very next morning

This is the 2nd card I have received…

This is the 2nd card I have received from Every wish as a gift. On both occasions after entering the codes to redeem the card 3 times and after 5 days nothing was ever sent to my email. You have to resort to emailing them and asking where your voucher is - at that point then they take about 6 hours to respond and send you the codes needed.

Excellent Customer Service

I contacted Customer Services with an issue with the code on my gift card and it was resolved within 24 hours of raising my request via their online portal. Would definitely buy an Every Wish card knowing there is good customer service team behind the brand.

Do not purchase from Everywish! False Advertisement!

Do not purchase from Everywish. A group of friends and I purchased over 300 worth of vouchers for friends and family over Christmas, as they are advertised for use on Amazon. None of them work on Amazon.

Not one works or connects with Amazon! You cannot select the store, you cannot use the code. Like many of these reviews it is a scam, and false advertising. We have grouped together, to raise this not only with Amazon, but a organisation that deals with business, false advertisements and raised with other bodies. We have complied users reviews to support this. If you notice on their website, you can click Amazon, but it does nothing but redirect back to their homepage, unlike the other retailers. This has been captured among other things for evidence incase they decide to remove this, which would look suspicious and confirm what all of these reviews are raising.

All I can say, is if you have a similar experience, please please, write a review. This will support the case against Everywish.

Entered voucher code and specific email…

Entered voucher code and specific email address to claim voucher. Never received email for voucher. Sent email via the contact page on every-wish website and called the customer service line during the designated times. Just a loop of music on hold. It's been 4 days since then and had absolute no response. Diabolical. The voucher was a birthday present of significant monetary value. Appalling.

Update 7/4/26: Following your response and instructions, the email received is the same automated email I received when initially raising through the contact form on your website. This is ridiculous. You've taken the monetary value of my gift card and failed to deliver the product in this case...the voucher.

You 7 days to send me my voucher or you will be reported to Trading Standards.

Awful, Slow and misleading

Awful, says delivery in 15 minutes more like 2 hours. Then after finally getting the gift card unable to redeem as you supposedly have to wait 24 hours?

I received a git card from my family, converted it to an Amazon voucher and received nothing, tried to contact customer support but they just don't respond, I am now reporting them to Amazon and trading standards.

Really poor service

Really poor service. You don’t get the voucher instantly. Have to wait a minimum of 24 if not 48/72 hours. Claiming the voucher is a real hassle and you have to chase them to activate it. Would not recommend this service!

Think they sold my data

I received an everywish card and had no issue with the scratch off as others have reported. It did take well over an hour for me to get the code emailed for my chosen retailer, but this in itself wasn't a big issue. My problem - and it is unproven but I am very suspicious - is that since redeeming the gift card and giving my email address, I have had over 600 spam emails today alone and also had my account hacked for an online supermarket with an order of over £200 placed to an address 3 hours away from mine. I'm sure some will say coincidence but I am incredibly suspicious of the timing! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Pathetic attempt at a gift card

Pathetic attempt at a gift card, an absolute con. At most places to redeem you have to pay extra as they do not offer vouchers of the correct amount. Absolutely disgraceful user interface which makes it all but impossible to redeem, and even when you manage to they cannot even send out a decent egiftcard which could be redeemed through my google wallet. Even when trying to get through to customer service I was left with such a lengthy wait that I eventually gave.

A pitiful moneygrabbing attempt, that are so tough to use it may as well be a scam.

I look forward to hearing your response and how you attempt to remidy my terrible experience.

You can use the 'Values' filter on our website https://app.every-wish.co.uk/ to know in advance which stores you can redeem the desired amount.
You also have the possibility to split the amount you have into two or more redemption levels.
