Ridiculous service and company

Ridiculous service. Bought 2 gift cards for my daughter who couldn't use them because I hadn't activated them, although there was nothing that came with them to say I needed to activate them first. I then attempted to activate them, having got the codes from my daughter, only to be told by their ridiculous website that they needed to be activated by the donor. But I was the donor! If I could have given no stars, I would. Don't touch this company with a bargepole.

For security reasons it is necessary to activate each EVERYWISH card before redemption by the donor. In cases where the EVERYWISH card is purchased online from our website, we send an email to the purchaser in order to activate the EVERYWISH. In cases where the EVERYWISH is purchased from a retailer then each store is responsible for activating the EVERYWISH. This prevents the risk of the EVERYWISH being redeemed by third parties without the buyer's approval. Activation is simply one click and then the EVERYWISH is available for redemption.

Easy to use, great customer service

This company is terrible

This company is terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying gift cards from them. I bought a gift card for Christmas, but the code was defective. I contacted the company to get a new code and went through several embarrassing situations, both at the store where I bought it and through email communication. I provided proof of purchase with receipts from the store and my card used for the purchase, and months have passed with no resolution. They claimed my purchase might have been a scam. I was disrespected in every way.

I was given a gift card for Christmas from every wish.

I was given a gift card for Christmas with no receipt. I have only just opened my gift to use but part of the code to redeem/ activate is missing. Contacted their support team with a message to say that I was not given a sales receipt as it was a gift. They still persists that I need the receipt. What do I do next or who do I complain to apart from citizens advice bureau.

I'm only giving one ⭐ because there's no zero star option.

My team got me a £50 Everywish voucher for Christmas. I've tried a few times now to get my chosen store's ecard and every time, the email fails to be received.

I feel that this company is scamming people and I'm angry on behalf of my team, who gave me this in good faith.

I was not able to access the gift card…

I was not able to access the gift card at all. I placed the order in December and requested a refund, but did not receive support or assistance. The order was supposed to be delivered in 15 minutes via email and it did not happen. I am very disappointed.
