Recurring RDMx3 Error - Unable to decrypt codes despite receiving emails

I am extremely disappointed with the Every Wish redemption process. While my first few redemptions went through without an issue, I am now hitting a wall with the remaining balance.
​Despite receiving the redemption emails, the system fails at the final hurdle. Every time I attempt to "decrypt" the code to actually use it, I am met with the message: "There was an error (RDMx3)."
​It is incredibly frustrating to have the gift "sent" to my inbox but be unable to access the actual voucher. I have tried multiple browsers and devices, but the error persists. This seems to be a widespread technical glitch that needs immediate attention.

And support reply quick but keep saying your purchase receipt doesn't match with voucher, then how come it work for 1st few redemption? Avoid this giftcard provider

I had an issue with gift card code

I had an issue with gift card code. When trying to scratch off the protective film to reveal code some of the code was removed. Upon contacting Anta at Everywish customer services I found them extremely quick to reply and was issued with a new code. Very pleased with swift response and outcome.

Fantastic response

Fantastic response, very swift and accurate. I was a little worried when I didn’t receive the code - this was due to an error on my part. Once I explained the mistake via email it was corrected within minutes and I received the code. Brilliant Customer Service from Anta Thank you so much!

Very quick response excellent communication.

After reading negative reviews I was concerned. I went on there website to redeem my voucher which was accepted. They do mention it can take 24 hours to receive a digital gift card by email. After waiting more than 24 hours I emailed them to say I have not received the gift card, within 15 minutes I received a reply from there support team with a link for the gift card which was all in order. My experience with this company has been good very prompt communication.

Scammed out of £50

Bought a giftcard hoping to get my hg something nice for her birthday, I try to redeem it to make sure it works. Error, i try again and error again and so on I emailed them showing screenshots and writing up all the info required. NO REPLY what a surprise some shite company dont recommend every buying.

Every Scam

I received a voucher with a scratchcard to reveal a code for redemption. The scratch part flaked off and the code was unreadable. I've now e mailed this company several times, together with evidence, and their responses have produced nothing, to the point where they dont reply. I went to the store manager for the voucher point of sale after mailing trading standards, and the store manager has immediately agreed to remove these Every Wish cards from sale. I don't expect to receive the voucher amount, but I intend to do all I can to reduce this company's illicit trade. Scammers deserve revenge.
Edit 1:
Following "response"from Everywish scammers. You have evidence of the card, including Serial No and unique code. I've also sent photographs of the card to show the damage. I have no intention of repeating this as you cannot be bothered to respond meaningfully to my requests. At the moment one chain store outlet removed these cards from sale. I'm now attempting through Trading Standards to have the other outlets do the same.
Edit 2: Had an e mail from this company asking for more info. What a waste of time. If they cannot be bothered to resolve this considering the information I've already given, I doubt they ever will. Just a delaying tactic.

SCAM GIFT CARD

SCAM GIFT CARD - BEWARE -Awful experience - wish I could give no stars at all. Tried to redeem a £20 Every Wish gift card in All Bar One - drop down wouldn’t let me select £20 aa it didn’t give that amount to choose. So I selected £10 first of all. When I tried to then do the second £10 yet again I can only select £5, £15 or £20 so I paid an extra £5 to make £15 so I could redeem my other £10 - WHAT A CON AND A SCAM!! Not only did none of my vouchers come through to use in All Bar One but I’m now £5 out of pocket - terrible and obviously scamming people. I’m very cross. Reporting to Trading Standards as well .

What you order is not what you get!

Beware a lot of the "redeemable" offers actually give you a voucher for a different "voucher company" who don't always still offer the deal you requested
Used voucher code on every-wish. Part redeemed for "Tony's Chocoloney", was sent a voucher for "Totally Taste Rewards" which customer services insist is correct and deny any accountability. Total Taste do not offer deals with Tony's Chocoloney and also will not take accountability as their response (and my view) is that Every Wish missold the voucher.

AVOID another disgraceful internet company that you cant contact

got a gift card a while ago (within the 2 year expiry date) entered the code, told me it was incorrect. tried several times, still nothing. tried their reactivation page, 404 error link broken. they are too ignorant to answer a phone so looks like i will just need to go and chap their door on Monday and get some answers assuming its a proper address on the company house and not one of those "virtual" i'm hiding addresses. AVOID.
