It is my first time leaving a review on Trustpilot, prompted by a very disappointing experience with this company.
I encountered an issue when attempting to redeem a gift card purchased via every-wish.co.uk. After receiving the redemption link by email, I clicked the “Decrypt and Show” button, but the system consistently returned an error code (RDMx3), preventing access to the gift card details. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved.
I also tried contacting the customer service hotline; however, my calls went unanswered, which added to my frustration.

Beware. This is a scam. I have an incomplete code which means I am unable to redeem the voucher. This appears to be a common fault.
Sadly, we do not have the receipt and whilst I have sent proof of purchase in the form of a bank statement that does not appear to be enough to rectify the issue.
Please either avoid or make absolutely sure that your gift also includes the receipt.
