LIFE SAVERS!!! The team at Every Battery Ashburton truly went above & beyond. I ordered batteries off an online site & when they failed to show up, I contacted Every Battery Ashburton (as well as a million other stores) to see if they had them in stock. They didn’t have them in stock but made it their mission to get them in SAME DAY(!!!) for me AND then applied a discount to price match online unprompted. Service like that is rare - I cannot thank them enough for saving the day.

hi.. my Commodore wagon's battery was tired & on the way out, so I checked out a few places online for a replacement. A few places responded to my enquiries tho the $$ prices were mostly 'off the chart'. I emailed Every Battery @ Pimpama & got a genuine reply from Nathan.. they're a full 1hrs drive from me outside of Murwillumbah, but hey the others were min. 30mins away as well & $50- to $80- dearer. Anyways I emailed Nathan to say yeah i'm interested but is the DIN55L quoted the correct lead/acid battery recommended for my car. He asked for my rego # & got back to me in 2hrs w a YES and a best up price of $225- plus $30- fitting fee if needed. Seriously that was $60- better than the next best offer ! Crikey i'd be mad not to make the drive up the M1 to save those buck$$ especially w my rent due.. Cut to the chase, the battery was there ready to go.. Nathan was on a callout but Sean & Peter knew I was coming 'n took great care of me & on my way.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GUYS FROM EVERY BATTERY @ PIMPAMA COZ THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP NO NONESENSE BLOKES, FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS AND MY BATTERY WAS A PERFECT FIT FOR BOTH MY CAR & MY WALLET ! Great knowledge and friendly customer service

They were incredibly kind and friendly to me. My car broke down and the team were able to deliver the battery to my house - alongside having a more reasonable price than roadside assist. My day was honestly going quite awful, but Aaron was incredibly kind and patient with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend if you are nearby and/or have the means to replace a battery yourself :))

I had my car battery replaced at the Ashburton VIC store. Aaron assisted me and he was fantastic, great service and took the time to explain everything (even to my 6 year old!). He cleaned the battery terminals nicely and even plugged in temporary power so my radio stations don't reset. Also warranty is through the shop vs having to go via the manufacturer. Great experience all round, I will come back next time.

Honest advice , good prices , great service. I know I can shop elsewhere but prefer to go to the experts , let them check what’s available, what’s recommended and after discussion on the options , settle on a quality battery from a range of choices

Always friendly, helpful and quick. Peter has looked after me a few times and as a woman, i can say I feel safe there and not taken for a ride.

A new Optima 6V battery seemed to fail and was checked but came back ok. Put back into the car, isolated so no drain, and on trickle but never went green. It still being tested but must be faulty.

Staff were very helpful and were able to find the right battery for my car and the price was fair- thanks

Great customer service. Best price around. Did not require fitting as doing it myself. Even offered me tools to do onsite. Will be back again!
