Excellent quality training
Both the online and face to face training was excellent. Online material was comprehensive, and the assessment matched the learning materials well.
The trainer was clearly a subject matter expert who was able to convey his knowledge and experience to the class.

Plug Replacement Course
Nathan is a very organised knowledgeable instructor who shows a lot of patience towards his students.
I fully recommended doing this course as I'm sure this will be beneficial when I am asked for completing plug replacements on site.

We appreciate the feedback, and I get where you’re coming from.
3-phase is a bit of a different compared to standard test and tag. Because of the equipment and safety side of things, it’s not something that can be easily (or safely) done as live testing in a classroom.
That said, we take your point around expectations. If you’re coming in thinking it’ll be hands-on 3-phase testing, that’s probably something we need to make clearer upfront.

Everything was really easy, I signed up last minute and didn't do the online part first, but I did it the next day and even though that part was long, it was still easy and the certificate came super-fast, absolutely recommend this training!
