The overall experience was good. Just that when we try to book the zoom sessions. It’s mostly full. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

The course was designed to do at self pace with some set guidetimes.
Some of the material was out of date by a number of years so the answer which was true in quizzes were wrong as you needed to follow the set textbooks.
Trainers were good when you needed to get them, either via zoom or email, at times zooms were hard to get in a timely manner often a week or so out.
The facebook group was good and helpful.
Overall a good experience.

I recently completed the Diploma of Leadership and Management with Monarch Institute and had a great experience. The course was practical, well-structured, and easy to balance with work and life commitments. The support from trainers and assessors was excellent, and the content was highly relevant to real-world leadership. I feel more confident in my skills and would highly recommend Monarch Institute.

Well laid out modules however content is outdated and needs updating. Especially with the computer program units.
There were no Zoom classes or webinars either which would have been good.
Assessors were brilliant in marking, feedback and turnaround.

For a company who charges what they do, the workbooks should not be outdated as they are. It should be illegal to charge what you do and be given the resources we are given. The last 3 assignments with zero were absolutely horrifically outdated. When the workbook said it was last updated in 2022/2023, it’s now 2026 and zero has an update every few months - the instructions with the step by step guide are so so wrong. I spent hours sitting there at every step trying to workout where to go because the workbook was outdated and zero has updated. Throughout the whole study time, multiple times things were unclear on where to find the correct answer. Multiple times I tried to book an appointment with a tutor to get some help with no available before I had to resubmit my assignment (2 weeks to resubmit after the first submission, and I couldn’t book an appointment for over a month at times). I had a work colleague do the same certificate and at times, I would pass a question with one answer (numbers) and she would not pass that question and she had the same figure as me. Same assessor that assessed both of ours. I passed. She did not. Make that make sense. It was horrible and I do not recommend to anyone doing this course until massive changes and updates are done.

The course material was very informative, and the platform was easy to use. The structured timelines helped me stay focused and on track throughout the course.

The only disappointing aspect was the lack of communication after I completed the course, along with the length of time it has taken to receive my certificate and transcript.

That said, I would still recommend Monarch as a training provider. Overall, I was really impressed with the support provided during the course and how user-friendly the platform was.

The Diploma of Project Management course is well structured & there's no shortage of resources at your disposal. The LMS is easy to navigate & the onboarding process was seamless. Availability of the course trainers is very good & they are very supportive & will point you in the right direction with anything you're struggling with. I would recommend the structure of this particular course as instead of taking the 12 individual units of the diploma, you are taking 4 separate modules that essentially cover 3 subjects at one time. I found that you got a much more well rounded view of Project Management in action as a result of this approach.

The self-paced study.

I enjoyed studying my Diploma HR with Monarch. All the resources were easy to access. The coursework was laid out well and the assessors were available if I had any questions.

I recently completed the Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with Monarch Institute and had a very positive experience.
The course guidelines and assessment instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made it simple to stay organised and progress through the modules. The learning materials were practical and relevant, helping me understand how the concepts apply in real bookkeeping and accounting situations.
The tutors were very supportive, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions. Their feedback was helpful and made the learning process much smoother.
