Brilliant experience, could not be happier. From the moment I enquired to the final issue of my certificate. My first call was handled by Nick, He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly established that I would be able to become a qualified carpenter based on my experience, and was upfront about the total cost which I found refreshing. Nick definitely made me feel confident that I could get the portfolio assembled and that the Skills Certified Team would assist me at every step. After paying the fees I was immediately contacted by my case support worker Emilia. Massive shout out to Emilia, so supportive, very professional, always available if required, continued communications if I went quiet for a few days just to check in. Emilia was perfect for my circumstances and she is a real credit to the Skills certified Team. I would recommend this company to anyone (and already have to my brother in law) Simply put, they are an honest upfront company, staffed by professional, friendly and helpful people. Hassan was my main point of contact during the enrolment process for my Diploma of Community Services, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the support he provided.

From the very first conversation, Hassan was professional, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen to my circumstances and understand where I was at in life to ensure I was ready to take on the course. His communication was outstanding and made the whole enrolment process feel smooth and stress-free.

Before connecting with Skilled Workforce, I had explored other providers and was discouraged after being told I wasn’t qualified enough to complete the course. Hassan went above and beyond. He guided me through providing the right documentation, spent time speaking with me over the phone about my work and experience, and supported me through the process so I could move forward with confidence.
