If I could give -101092 stars I would, shocking company their a scam site, I ordered 3 pack of wireless bras 2 months ago, kept on tracking them as said it was coming from America, upon chasing them they said they couldn’t be delivered and have gone to a sorting office, in order for me to get them back I needed to pay more money? I said no it’s your duty to fulfill the order and they won’t give me my money back because they said they haven’t got the parcel either

I ordered trousers the arrived with a zip that wouldn't work properly before I even tried them they were a little small when I asked to return the item, they offered me eventually £6, as the price to return would cost £23 they wouldn't refund for the faulty zip, just said the zip is was ok at the warehouse!! Please don't buy from this company they re a rip off, never mentioned the price to return when purchasing.

This is a fraudulent operation - do not purchase anything!

Ordered 3 pack of bras. Arrived reasonably quickly but
1. price taken from account is different to my invoice/receipt which included the postage
2. Item size is not as stated online - size is totally different
3. Once requesting a refund (under sale of goods act 1979 & consumer rights act 2015) They give a scripted response over and over saying they appreciate I’m worried about return costs therefore can offer a £2 compensation. I said I’m not worried because they need to pay for returns because they are legally at fault and I got the same scripted response but now a £4 compensation offer.

Their legally provided (in my email) deadline for resolution is up and I am contacting my bank.

I was foolish enough to order 3 bra's. About 10 minutes later, I decided to cancel my order. Apparently, the order had already been dispatched, but I can return them. I actually tried to cancel numerous times and even demanded that they cancel it, but
I hate dealing with people via email.
Well, to my horror, they showed up. Well, what can I say? The most crappy items I have purchased anywhere, ever!! Flimsy, the support in the bra is only slightly better than their customer support. When I tried one on, my boob's popped out of the bottom of the "amazing support bra". I can only imagine that these bra's are manufactured by the same people who are allowed to plan new roads. Avoid!!! If you do end up believing the shite they are peddling, don't come running to me, your boob's will not have the support you were expecting.

I purchased a pair of jeans about 6 weeks ago and waited patiently for them to arrive
Last week I received a notification they has been delivered but nothing was delivered at least not at my address I have been requesting a refund for past few days and they keep saying the same thing to take it up with the courier which I have no
Idea who they are and they keel saying it was delivered but it clearly wasn't so I am out of pocket with no refund and no item
I would avoid this company at all costs they are just scammers and fraudsters

The bras on this website is a bad fit.

Supposed to be for larger bra sizes what a joke. Shipping took forever to get here. Bra’s were beautiful and seemed to be well made BUT the sizes were ridiculously small compared to what I ordered. Terrible customer service almost none. Gave them to my young daughter. I wouldn’t even say the size was equivalent to a size 14-16 at the most or 38C cup not the 48 DD I ordered.

Like previous reviews, bras were too small, I emailed asking for returns label and address and was offered £2 refund , I declined and just kept coming back with £4 then up to £9 refund , I still refused as I’d paid nearly £30 and asked again for returns address and label but no response, I got refund via PayPal 🙏Bras are useless , don’t have any support as advertised, AVOID this company

Absolutely shocking customer service, i.e. NIL! Ordered a pack of 3 bras for large cups, when they came they were too small in the cup and too large on the band. Emailed multiple times with no response. Also added extra tax on, even though they are based in Hong Kong so don't know why USA tax applied.

Google reverse searched the image on 'about us' page and it is a stock image - so completely fake.

Waiting to hear from Paypal as to whether I can get a full refund, but not holding out much hope.

The two pairs of pull up baggy jeans weren't baggy at all . nothing at all as advertised..the denim material was ok..but the style was awful..don't bother buying anything..came from china

Ordered pack 3 bras advertised to fit large cup size. Delivery took ages then after they were way too small in the cup , they refused any return saying it's too expensive, then offering £3 compensation. Shocking service.

Keep ur money ordered 2 lipstick weeks ago. Never received them. I have tried to contact them impossible. Hate being ripped off makes u doubt all on line stores. PLEASE DON'T WASTE UR MONEY U WILL NOT GET THE GOODS

Absolute rubbish. They sent the wrong product after me asking them to confirm that they would be sending wonder skin lip stain.
Obviously the wrong product arrived because they are an absolute BS company just ripping people off. Definitely do not buy from them

Wish I had read reviews this company took 7 pounds more than stated price and after looking at previous reviews it often happens. Never got confirmation of order but luckily payment was declined by bank STAY CLEAR

This company seems to be a brand and part of a larger organisation Dingoks Co.Ltd which Google thinks refers to Ding-Xin Co.,Ltd a large organisation from Vietnam, they sell lots of products.

I fell into the trap of buying off FB (never do that again). Bought 3 bras as an offer. They arrived fine but do not fit at all. When tried to return they said ‘very expensive for me to return’ and offered £2 compensation - products had cost £25.78 so less than 10%. Typical on line/foreign approach. Avoid at all cost or use as your peril…

I was really worried I wasn’t going to get my order after reading the reviews on here. I saw their advertisement for lip stains on Facebook. It was on offer for 2 for 1. I ordered warm rose and toffee rose. I ordered on the 9th of August and received today (20th of August). I love both lip stain colours me and my daughter have worn them today and they’ve lasted. Happy with my purchase 🙌🏼

I have never had any issues ordering online and sounds like this is the first time that happened. I bought as below on 10 August /25 and they replied back saying that they will let me know when is ready to be delivered. I'm very frustrated and if anything happens I will come back here to apologise or let everyone knows that is a trouble and scam company. 😡

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but unable to give less on here. I paid and ordered a bra about 2 months ago and its still not come. They are a total scam company. Anyone know how I can report them?
