Ordered two lip stains - purple wipe and show lip colour. These are not fit for purpose as do not stain your lips! Customer service shocking too as refuse to refund when evidenced they don’t work.

Order was 14.95 and they took 18.73 payment.
Update, this was corrected but it was a dupe product that was not of the same standard as the original

Please be warned about them - I live in the uk and ordered product - it got lost and they are refusing to issue refund or a acknowledge and blame —— be careful

ZERO should be an option this company sold me a top via FB/Internet which doesn't resemble the item - for weeks I communicated with them via email asking for return information but they would only offer a couple of pounds compensation to keep the item! No return option at all "because it would be too
expensive" i do not recommend them. Do not buy from them.

The absolute worst thing I have ever bought off the Internet. It cost me over £17 in the end. VERY POOR QUALITY, NOT CUT CORRECTLY, DOES NOT SIT CORRECTLY ON THE BODY... I could go on... Customer services said it is correct! Offered me £2 in compensation and I could keep it! SHOCKING! It will go in the bin where it belongs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place! You have been warned... again

Stay away from them a waste of money I'm so angry I didn't do more looking into this company before buying. One pink pot arrived with a QR code which didn't register and nothing else on the pot ARRRR SO ANGRY

According to tracking, my parcel was in Sioux Falls USA yesterday and was left in an unidentified place in the UK today. This does not add up. It cannot get from USA to me in less than one day. No mention of the address it was left at, just left outside. More scamming I suspect.

Ordered 2 fans at £35.98. Tracking states from Boulder USA, but this was obviously manipulated information created in Comunist PR China 🇨🇳. Both fans defective and don't work. Offered me stupid £3 compensation, then closed out on me. Thieving, crooked, ba*****s!

This should be a zero. This company state they are in the USA. I suspect they are a Chinese company or have an online base in the USA with a Warehouse in China. They advertise falsely on Facebook with a photo and written advert that is not the actual product you receive. They advertise the items as on a large discount promotion but basically what you will receive is an inferior product not worth a quarter of the price. Then when you receive the
Inferior product and send a photo, they state the warehouse sent the correct item. When you insist you require a return and refund, they offer you £2 off. When you insist again they offer you £4 off. I have been stung twice because this company changes it's name to catch prospective international customers and Facebook is not dealing with this issue. I am taking this matter to the media because it is time this fraudulence is stopped!
