We used the company’s chef service and zip lining tour. The food was tasty and the zip lining was great! The staff facilitating the zip lining were friendly and patient we felt safe the entire time. I’ll look the company up again the next time I’m in DR!

Loved this beach penthouse! It accommodated 7 of us easily, very comfortable. Million dollar views!
Super easy to prearrange airport transport with Mark, who was very helpful and always prompt with responses.
Easy walk to Kats Corner, Mango Cafe, Corales Pizzeria.

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.

Our stay in Condo on bávaro beach with Nadia was NOT as depicted. Unwelcoming entry with insufficient lighting, broken or inadequate AC, insufficient drinking water, unit water was also disconnected upon arrival. Host refuses stated cancellation policy and any refund even after staying only one night.

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes!

Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge!

The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms.

Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her.

The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues.

Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!

The rental property met all our expectations and was exactly as promised. Our rental agent Nika was extremely welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and friendly. If I return to the Dominican I would stay here again.

We had a great vacation, thanks to the perfect location and beautiful views with an ocean breeze, couldn't ask for more!

Our host Vasiliy was very helpful and attentive to us. We were able to reach him at all times of the day and night. The property was well kept. Our maid was attentive as well. She made us feel like were at home.

Very very great experience. The waterfall villa is very beautiful, clean, perfect location right in Cocotal. Vasiliy the villa host is the best, always willing to help, kind, friendly, great acknowledge about the area.

Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana

the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy.
There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you.

The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular.

This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews..

We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort.

When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can’t wait to return to Punta cana I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you!

This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. It truly felt like a home away from home!
