absolute garbage came wrapped in brown paper with tape slathered all over. sloppy packaging with herbs just bundled in along an athame box. which, was a literal plastic dagger toy, “is this a joke?” doesnt even look good on an altar, with sheeny shit faced details weakee than a toy racecar. seriously awful. temu has better shit for £4. “ornate altar athame” such a posh rip-off fashion of saying “FAKE DAGGER DO NOT BUY” the “steel” (also plastic, i could fling it with my fingers) doesnt even pretend to be sharp, the blade is literally 2cm thick. jog off. now u know why theres no on site reviews.

I bought from this website twice in October 2024 and I was impressed with the quality of service both times. You are notified when the items are being posted and sure enough they arrive very promptly via Royal Mail.
The prices on the site are excellent and they don't scrimp on quality, as the products are excellent.
I will definitely be a returning customer and I can highly recommend this site for quality products and a personalised service.

I bought from this company for the very first time just the other day. Excellent service. They emailed to let me know the parcel had been sent and the parcel was received the very next day. All products were present and correct, despite a large tear in the brown parcel paper.
This leads me on to my only criticism - constructive criticism - I have ordered from them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I just worry about parcel damage because they are wrapped in bubble wrap and just parcel paper. I don't know if a box would raise postal expenses, but I do worry, as some items are quite fragile. Thankfully our main Royal Mail courier is excellent.

I ordered an item that said there was 1 in stock, but when my order came it said the item was out of stock. I ordered about 20 items and for just the single item not to be in stock is no biggie at all, as I think I might already own it.

The only other problem is one of the incense items I ordered wasn't in the parcel, but instead there was an alternative. I don't know if this was a mistake or a substitution. I only wish if it were a substitution, that I had been notified.

I literally only intended placing an order for a lodestone and I ended up spending over £100 on their website on my first order, about £60 on my second and nearly £100 on my third, so safe to say I'm a fan of their business and the excellent prices. I feel their prices are VERY reasonable and their stock is of a decent high quality. I also think they might have included a few additional lodestones in the parcel, which is very much appreciated!
I'm very pleased with the service provided and I can definitely recommend this business. Despite the few niggles, I will definitely be a returning customer. I think the quality of product speaks for itself. Also the shipping speed was truly amazing - ordered yesterday and received today - fantastic service!

Absolutely love my new athame, it's perfect. Also came with free incense sticks which was a lovely touch. I can tell the athame has been handled/treated with care by like minded people. Highly recommended.

Was doubtful after bad review. Did order the item that only could be order from the US and as they didn't wanted it to send to the UK took my chance. No problems and item arrived 2 day after conformation of been send per post. Item is beautifully.

I purchased an athame as a gift a few days ago. It arrived, very well packaged, this morning. It's so beautiful that I'm tempted to keep it for myself... but I won't 😊 maybe I will treat myself in the future.
The service was brilliant throughout, with email communication on placing my order and at the point of postage.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Every Witch Way. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way, first with an email to confirm that I had made my purchase and another to tell me that my items had shipped.

It took less than 3 days total for my items to arrive from the moment I put in the order.

The items are exactly as described and photographed on the website, and I'm very happy with the quality and price!

I wholeheartedly recommend Every Witch Way, and I will definitely be ordering more from them.

The only reason that I haven't given them a full 5 stars is because the package wasn't great. While the contents were undamaged it was difficult to open and could have been packaged with a little more care. Despite this I would definitely recommend them.

They never emailed me a receipt or a tracking number. 11 days after they claimed to have sent it I emailed them that it was yet to be received. They claim it was delivered 10 days ago and sent me a tracking number that just says "delivered", no address or anything! I told them it was never delivered, there's no address - they say it's the first time this has happened and refuse to give me a refund, refuse to "resend" the items and refuse to report to Royal Mail that the package is lost! Which really is just proof it's a scam. If you google this website, you will see this is NOT the first time it has happened, there's another review other than mine that claims the same thing. I've contacted my card issuer for my money back and warned them.
