Item was delivered but just thrown over…

Item was delivered but just thrown over gate and my parcel which I have paid to be collected on Tuesday still has not been collected due to delivery person who cannot be bothered to open a gate and bring parcel do my door and collect return what a terrible way to run a firm they don't even deserve a one star,
When will I ever get my parcel collected I am loosing money as Damart will not give me a refund until they receive the item back which thanks to Evie seems like it will never happen. disgraceful, should be totally ashamed of running this firm, do not know what to do as you cannot talk to a human I have tried the automated line but that is useless and still not collected parcel you have taken money under false pretense. Whenever will I get a answer?

Recently purchased from this company a short jacket. I was absolutely horrified at the quality of this item. It was quite expensive. It was definitely not wool. It was a very cheap craft felt material. No hem on sleeves or bottom. No label on neck or swing tag. Looks cheap. Contacted them to get instructions for return so I could get a refund. No one contacted me nor email sent. They take your money and give you garbage then don't refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM....
