SCAM

The company sent the shipment to other address, I wrote them that the address is wrong and to resend the shipment to the correct address. No answer.
They refund me without 10 CHF freight cost.
SCAM!!!

We tried to contact you by email on 18.06.2026 and also attempted to call the phone number provided, but unfortunately the number was not valid. Please also check your spam folder.

Your order was returned to us because the delivery address provided was incorrect. As we did not receive a response, we had to cancel the order.

You received a full refund for the products. Only the shipping costs were deducted, as the shipment had already been sent to the address entered during checkout.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. You are also welcome to place a new order using the correct address.

Perfect quality of product

Perfect quality of product. Very fast delivery. Had an issue with the the product I ordered: the color was not available. The support called me immediately & proposed me solution: choose another colporter get the money back. Very kind & efficient support collaborator.
Finally I had my items come in perfect condition.
I recommend!
