Shaun is a legend, I was very late with my application due to illness and wasn't sure I would be able to fly. I explained I needed a visa for Thursday, this was at 4 o'clock on Tuesday He said he would do his best but that worst case scenario is it could take longer than I needed but would do his best. I received my visa the next day within 24 hours. I am impressed, a very easy site to use and very easy to contact.
