I would like to thank Evlo for helping me out of a stressful time in my life ,BIG thanks to Daniel for getting my loan started and for Gary who talked me through all the details in a very professional way , thanks to Evlo I can get on and enjoy the rest of my life .

Outstanding Experience

The process was easy to follow from start to finish very professional with a personal touch. Paul my constant was honest, direct, kept in the loop with updates regularly and helped me throughout the loan application. The staff at the Newcastle branch are amazing welcoming, respectful and very professional.
Customer Sevice and the team are second to none. 10 out 10
Paul thank you for your help, guidance and professional advice. Again 10 of 10.

The service was good the staffs were…

The service was good the staffs were nice and Karen was excellent. From speaking to her on the phone to meeting her in the office it was 10/10. Explain every thing to me so I can understand and talk to me about depth management and made me feel welcoming.

Poor experience, avoid there are lots of better providers out there...waste of time

Poor experience with the loan application process. I had a very frustrating experience with Evlo. The application process is unnecessarily intrusive and time-consuming. They require extensive personal information, including ID verification and even access to your banking data, which feels excessive given what follows.

After going through all of that and investing a significant amount of time, the application was simply cancelled without any proper explanation or even a basic notification. I had to chase for updates myself, which is unacceptable for a financial service provider.

If you’re going to collect that level of sensitive information, the least you can do is provide transparency and communication. The lack of professionalism and respect for applicants’ time is very disappointing. I would not recommend using this service.
