Nice website, excellent communication, excellent price - not Amazon.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the experience with this store. I recently bought an electric bike. They took a long time to deliver and now they don't want to refund my money. This is the first time this has happened to me.

I order a e bike, delivery was good and everything but when I noticed the size of the bike ,it was way to small for me ,which is on me ,should have checked properly ,fair enough.
Now I want to return a unused e bike I’ve contacted them through everything possible no response . I’ve called them no response used Instagram ,Facebook ,email and live chat no response.
I’ve seen positive reviews that’s why I bought from here but I have to tell you I am very disappointed . And I want my money back please .

Seems just a chap who orders from a firm in Europe. Doesn’t hold stock and had no idea when it was coming. Actually came 13 days later fortunately for me a day before I needed it. Touch and go whether I would get it and the tracking number tells you nothing other than it’s in Germany. Chap did answer my queries so not all bad, but for me I want to know an ETA when I order something.

I had to take the bike to the bike repair. The front brake setting was useless.

I decided to treat myself to a new Electric scooter, having researched for a few days I decided to purchase a nanrobot D6, I chose to buy with evo electric because they stocked the specific model with upgraded brakes I wanted for the most competitive price, together with their good reviews it made sense.
Any questions I had were answered in a reasonable timeframe, Rich kept me updated on delivery I didn’t speak to him, but corresponded through email, the only problem I had was that delivery was delayed by 1 week after the original date was confirmed by UPS, this courier has a lot of negative reviews on trust pilot, if I were in charge I would choose another courier for sure.
The scooter is amazing, well built, acceleration of it takes your breath away, a very happy customer, I Would highly recommend Evoelictric

Customer service is fantastic and have always been kept up to date with delivery. Recent lockdown in the area was a worry but to my surprise, delivered today!!! Very excited and happy customer.

I called for advice on purchasing the D4.
Rich contacted me shortly after and his customer service was second to none.

He was very informative and went out of his way to ensure we were making the right purchase when considering all the factors.

He even sent me out the correct plug which I didn't realise we needed.

I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, again I can't emphasis enough just how fantastic the customer service was.
