Olivia made me at ease and was easy to communicate with, she was confident and quick I am sure that helped with the pain !
As yet no bruising and I bruise easily.
The people on the desk at reception are always helpful too

Super quick and easy to book in or even buy sessions and then book in later. Staff are always so friendly and the clinic always smells so good! Have been coming for a year and a half, wont go anywhere else

Tran was amazing, kind, understanding and patient couldn't have asked for a better laser treatment. It doesn't hurt that bad think of an elastic flicking you.

*macarthur square salon* Arrived prior to my appointment , no one advised they were running behind sat and waited over 30mins . After a skin check I went into my laser then followed up with a hydrafacial - whilst I was having my facial different staff had entered the room 3 times open and closing the treatment room - not relaxing at all. Facial was suppose to be 30mins it wasn't even 15mins very disappointing this was rushed . You took me in late then rushed my appointment and to top it off you charged me wrong (face and neck) when only my face was done . I will never recommend or return . MacArthur square salon . Much better service at Narellan

I underwent three fat-freezing sessions on my stomach, but the results were extremely disappointing. Despite following all the instructions they provided, including maintaining a specific diet and water intake, I saw no improvement. I also worked out at the gym six days a week, yet there was no noticeable change. When I requested a refund, I was told they have a no-refund policy, which only added to my frustration. They kept insisting the results were changing or tried to blame me for the lack of progress, making various excuses. In my experience, it feels like a waste of time and money. If you want to avoid the same disappointment and save your money, I strongly advise against trying these sessions.

This was my first time getting cosmetic injectables and I was definitely a little bit nervous. After I walked into the room, I was immediately at ease. Crystal was thorough, friendly and told me everything I needed to know. I will definitely be going back :)
