Timely and helpful customer support
The fuse of my EV charger tripped frequently in early Oct. On 17 Oct the Installation Team came and replaced the fuse for me at a reasonable charge. However in early Nov I started to have the main power supply cut off while charging my EV on a few occasions. After reporting the issue to the Installation Team, Carl came on 24 Nov to replace both the EV charger fuse and the main fuse for me. After this service I do not have any more problem while charging my EV. I am very happy with their customer support.

Very prompt service following a…
Very prompt service following a referral from OHME.
Within 24 hrs I submitted a straight forward survey that prompted an authorisation request to DNO by ES. Following the go ahead (again, very prompt by DNO) installation was arranged and completed very promptly.
I really cannot fault their service - absolutely top notch. A big thank you from me.

Good communication and quick installation
Evolution Solutions were really easy to deal with. They had plenty of availability to offer me a time that suited me, for my car charger Installation. They even called me up to offer a sooner time after a cancellation. Alex the Engineer turned up on time and was really helpful and polite. He showed me how to use the charger and talked me through some other bits which was really helpful. Great company to use.

Point went exactly where required with minimum of fuss.
Very knowledgeable installer and quick too.
Would have been 5 stars if installer had put all the offcuts in the bin ;)
(Was a gentle leg pull, I’ll cut him slack as the weather was dreadful and quite a few bits had blown under my van, the actual work was very tidy indeed)

Perfect Ohme install
Rob (didn't get second name - apologies) was great. Turned up on time, explained every step of the way and was super helpful with my questions. He cracked on, got the job done really quickly (even though it was slightly more complicated than he thought), and did an amazing job cleaning up as well. He then explained I needed the app and helped get it all setup. Brilliant!
