Absolutely one star I would rate it 0 if I could for customer service- charger cable doesn’t reach car no resolution provided and message ignored
Horrible staff,including the ones who book the installation and the engineers. The lady I spoke to when booking over the telephone was incredibly rude and offhandish. The engineer stated at the time I could message if I had an issue regarding the charger. When I contacted he never bothered to even respond! 0 for customer service. The charger cable didn’t reach the vehicle either which I stated in my message which was ignored

Excellent service. Very helpful staff and engineer, pleasant to deal with. Transparent and flexible with their payment options and reliable to come as promised. The engineer was very friendly and did a great job, went above and beyond to ensure it was installed exactly how I wanted it. Thank you and well done to this company.

Ev charger install.
The electrician informed me when he would arrive. On arrival he reviewed how I thought the cable should be routed and suggested a much better solution. He fitted the Ev charger exactly where I wanted it without any fuss or mess.

After ordering a Charging System from Your Company. I have got to let you know of How unhelpful your Staff member Alan was today . After asking for a hand to help me take washing machine out abit I can not move alone to havy..He said not my job..I understand that..but Im so small girl to move watching out by myself can u plase ..Nooo..not my job ..he just stand and looking at me ..and after that have to put watching machine back when Job done ..I kindly ask him again to help me he say No again... He Rudely . To my shock .I struggled and got it back by myself . But it would of been a lot easier if he had Helped me at the time.
