Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Lisa in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Our engineer Keiffer was very efficient letting us know time of arrival etc. He did a really neat and tidy job and explained everything to us. Would definitely recommend the company.

The installation engineer was Mathew. He was courteous and happy to discuss the best place for the charger. He explained everything about the charger and the app. I am happy with the service I received.

Friendly, efficient and great communication.
What a great experience from start to finish.
I put an enquiry in one evening had a call from the team the next day and explained all my options and the best charger for my needs. Survey photos sent and booked in a week later for the install. I was given a number of reminders about the install appointment leading up and one last one an hour before the engineer’s arrival. The charger was fitted within a couple of hours and was given a run through of the features.

Great communication with a smile
The engineer Kyle,
He was on time and very pleasant,
he did his installation extremely well 👍🏼
Installation takes around two hours.
Also was great communication from his side too. He explained everything really well and showed us how to download the app and explained what we needed to do next.
I can honestly say I would recommend this company for everyone. They were quick getting in touch with us to get everything started. Thank you 😊

The company pulled out all the stops for us
The company pulled out all the stops and fitted our home charger early and in fact the same day the car was collected. Really good. Kyle who fitted it arrived on time and did a great job even though running the cable under the path by the front door took some working out. It was also one of those days with very heavy rain showers. He got soaked more than once. Kept a smile and was friendly and resourceful. He fully explained how everything worked and left his number if we had any problems. I would highly recommend this company.

5 star installation
The guy that did our installation phoned to see if he could come earlier than arranged, which he could. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with what we wanted for our needsand showed us how the charger all worked once he completed the installation. We'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting an EV charger installed.
