amazing customer service I got the wrong case and they sent me a new one right away thanks

Brought phone case that is not fit for purpose, dropped phone and case fell off ,Customer service are slow and said that is a user issue not a manufacturing fault, so will not refund, this was on day 1 of using case, will not use the case or this company

They responded quicker to trust pilot reviews than to support items. THE CASE FELL OFF MY PHONE WHEN DROPPED SO NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

A part of my shipment did not arrive, so I followed up and everything was sorted out and it was sent to me. Happy with the outcome. I and this is the 2nd time i have used them.

The Iphone Charger that I purchased did not work for me and I mistakenly trusted the website copy that said:
30-Day Money Back
Try it risk-free for 30 days.

When I went to return it they claimed that is only for 'unused items still in their original packaging.' How do you "Try Risk Free for 30 Days" without opening the package? Completely misleading and I bet this is only the tip of the iceberg for this scam of a company. Find a name brand alternative that makes good on their promises. This one does not.

Amazing product!! I was honestly scared to order at first because it shipped from China. Was concerned about tariffs but it arrived and was not charged any extra fees

My first charger had an issue, but they sent a replacement and it works perfectly. Good customer service and reliable company.

Lovely phone case for my iphone 17

Good well made equipment with a prompt delivery.

I bought a screen saver for my iPhone 17 pro, I applied it and found that the screen protector was too small for the phone, I emailed them, had protracted correspondence, had to give them several photos over many emails, very poor communications and then to top it all, they tried to say I applied it incorrectly and that was why it was “damaged” I would not recommend this company ever

Evolved Chargers were recommended on a YouTube video. I had never heard of Gan. My iPad charge cord had been getting hot with my old charger. I ordered the PowerHub 320W. My electronics charge faster and my iPad cord doesn’t get hot. I have 5 charge cords plugged into my charger. My old charger kept falling off my nightstand, the PowerHub 320W stays where I placed it

These guys are scamming people. Poor quality and over priced products. Website states they do refunds but they don't and they take ages to answer an email and try to send you around in circles so you give up trying. I advise to stay away from buying anything from this site.

They charge a premium price for a cheap product. I ordered a "premium' S26 case, which is no better than models at half the price available in 24hrs on Amazon, whereas it took 2 weeks for shipment - they waited a couple of days before processing the order to shipment, and I was trying to not drop my new phone for 2 weeks. I also bought "Ultraglass" which only has Russian writing on the package and arrived damaged on a corner, which is hardly "ultra". A very disappointing experience.

It's very difficult to find a Samsung charger that will charge both your watch and the phone at the same time. Samsung's charger is expensive. This one was much less expensive and charges the both of them flawlessly absolutely love it

Cheap overpriced rubbish, asked order to be cancelled after placing it only to be ignored. Arrived and it’s cheap rubbish from china

Edit: What bunch lies from them 🤥 I tried to cancelled 5 minutes within placing the order, it’s impossible it had already began the shipping process. Your phone case I decided to use, broke within 2 hours. The metal sliding thing at the top just came apart while the phone was in it. Just like the many other negative reviews you have. Keep trying to hide them to maintain your fake reputation

Still waiting for over a week for response to which the have continued to repeat the same emails on a cycle

They responded on my review here saying they’d replace and re send the items yet just keep putting it off with the same messages on repeat. Stay away

I ordered the wrong charger initially, and they made cancelling the wrong order easy and painless. Really appreciated the quick customer service and looking forward to trying out my (correct) charger when it arrives!

iPhone cover is awesome. I’ve bought 2 as I tend to drop my phone and it’s lived up to everything it says it does. Protection all the way. Ordering another because it keeps doing its job.

TERRIBLE WARRANTY.

The case looks good and feel good UNTIL you drop your phone. The first time I dropped my phone it gouged the aluminum. No big deal as it’s the whole point of a case really. BUT, the second time I dropped my phone, from coffee table to the floor, the flimsy pin keeping the plastic back protector broke off. I only had the case two months by then. Contacted customer service and was denied a replacement or refund, saying the warranty was 30 days. This is ridiculous. Otterbox warranties their cases for life.
